Katty sighed in reileif that nobody had brought up the subject of the JabberWock saying "Do you know more than you let on" . It seemed people were more interested in thinking about weather or not to trust the dragon, and what it had said about themselves. And now he was going on about some gobbledeegook about the queen and the sword and wielders... Katty lay down, bored, and batted at a stray piece of grass.

Adam and Amelia Adam struggled to hold his twin back as the Shadow spoke to them. He glared at the shadow as it called him his familiar nickname. He bared his teeth as Amelia suddenly stopped struggling. She seemed to shake out of a trance but paid attention to what the Dragon said.
"What is this, Oracle!?"
Amelia looked at everyone, then looked back at the Jabberwock as well as the Sword. She took a deep breath and let it out slowly. The power in the clearing was overwhelming. She walked towards the Sword and immediately could feel a reaction from it. Her dark eyes looked around with confusion.
"I'm not the wielder but the restorer?"

"This is something beyond what I know; it is too ancient... I feel though... as if I should know," Caterpillar seemed almost upset at the notion he had not heard of this before; and the fact that there may be more to find out about the past of the lands.
"Hmmm, the Oracle of old didn't tell his student everything?" The Jabberwock looked at Caterpillar. "You are quite different from him."
Caterpillar glared at the Jabberwock... he had known his mentor? Was it true that he had not told him everything of their world? It made no sense. The Jabberwock however turned back to Amelia after she asked the question. "Correct. Only then will the Vorpal one be able to pick its true wielder, of which; could be any of those standing before me. And I once again will roam the skies of Wonderland and Looking-Glass Land." ((OOC: That's okay. ^_^ ))

Adam and Amelia Amelia sank to the ground beside the sword. She wasn't sure what to think. It was so loud and everyone kept talking. She looked up at the Great Shadow. She felt the animosity from the Sword but eagerness from the Jabberwocky. Wasn't the sword good? Why didn't it want to be restored? "Beware the Jabberwock" was always what she had learned. If she allowed him to return to the sky that could be worse..right? She put her hands over her ears to think.
Adam looked at the shadow with mistrust. It couldn't be this simple. There had to be something else. The Vorpal Sword could pick any of them, but can't as long as it was evil, but it was only evil because it was influenced by the Jabberwock. And he wanted Amelia to restore both of them...
"Don't Mia. I don't know if we can trust him. He's not telling us everything."
Amelia lowered her hands and looked at Adam, then back to the Caterpillar then to the Jabberwock, clearly torn.

"To tell you all now; perhaps not a good idea. So many gathered here... maybe one of you is a traitor? Who knows. Someone knows. I cannot trust you either," The Jabberwock said, it moved its wings away from the sword; which glimmered in the darkness.
Caterpillar stared at both the Jabberwock and Amelia and then to the sword; which seemed to be enticing him... he looked away again. "This is up to Amelia herself."

Adam and Amelia Amelia looked at the gleaming sword beside her as the shadow melted away. She sighed heavily. She thought about the consequences of not allowing the Sword to be healed. The current monarchs would still be given free rein. Amelia shuddered at the thought and in comparison, having the Jabberwock free didn't seem quite as horrible. She let out a deep shuddering breath.
"Okay, I'll do it. I'll restore the Sword."
Adam frowned with displeasure. He said nothing to Amelia though. He didn't understand her logic, but he would support her. He glanced around at the others.

"Then take the Sword; and you will know what to do, but the question remains; do you yet have enough power?" The Jabberwock said before the shadow disappeared completely.
"I should of fore-seen this long before we started the journey here; it seems as if things are being hidden... even from me," Caterpillar sighed but then seemed to sense something. There was a creature approaching them... and it was not friendly.

"Who knows? One of us knows. I know." Katty said softly. She felt like her head was bursting, how could she keep such a secret? just because she didn't want to be accused herself, after the flower incident? "I a selfish selfish person." She wailed and sprawled out on the ground.

The Unicorn steps up. Then let me help...somehow. She draws the shape in the air as before but with the pen. It shines slightly suggesting a hidden magic. It's couragious that you want to do this alone but in case you hadn't noticed, we're all here and I - for one - want to do something!

"No, if one other than Amelia takes the sword before she has restored it... they too will be corrupted," Caterpillar told Uni; but his attention was brought away by a loud screech echoing through the forest. "Amelia... take the sword, we must get out of here!" He looked around, sensing and trying to figure out where the creature was coming from. "Let me ask you all this; do we fight... or run... from a JubJub Bird?" ((OOC: Well forcing her to restore the sword wouldn't be nice!))

Mallymkun Dormouse Mally drew her sword at the sound of a screatch. Her eyes shifted back to back to the forest around the group. Something was wrong, "What was that?" She spoke with calm speculation. Her eyes stayed on the trees as she spoke. Her stance shifted in an attempt to shield the group from whatever was hiding in the darkness.

"Are Jubjubs, like, sparrow tweet tweet birds, or ostrich stomp stomp birds?" Katty asked nervously. She had never seen one, or even heard of one, but if they needed to fight or run, it didn't sound like an animal that would be savory to meet.

Yes - what indeed?
Agreeing with Katty that she herself had never heard of such a bird. But as the other option was to fight - it was unlikely such a creature to be social and share a plate of cookies over.
They who flee and run away - live to fight another day!
Still the Unicorn had to be ready to decide with the group, to fight if need be or to help them escape if now was the time for it?!

Adam and Amelia Amelia grabbed the sword feeling its immense power run through her body. She couldn't heal it, not with the jubjub bird coming, so she took out one of the blankets in her bag and wrapped it around the gleaming metal. Amelia put in her bag carefully, making sure it touched nothing other than the blankets.
"Okay! I have it! Let's go!
Adam had grinned at the idea of fighting the JubJub bird. He already had his sword drawn and everything. He laughed loudly.
"Run? We haven't even had a chance to fight it yet!"
