"I... don't want to be a burden..." Faith murmured and forced herself to stand up. Her whole body shook lightly but she wasn't about to let Clifford or Ariai help her. "How are we going to get out of here?" she asked softly.

The catman looked about before he looked at Ariai. "I could break through the floor like thisssss. I would be afraid of it falling on you two though. Any suggestions?" Behind him a tail twitched about anxiously.

Faith looked at the ground briefly. She knew the only way out was up but because of the darkness, they really couldn't get back to the way they came. She looked at Clifford, taking in his form for the first time, and then at Ariai. "I'm willing to take that chance if it gets us out. It must be nearing dawn," she said slowly.

"Don't worry about us darling. Let's just get out of here." Ariai shuddered at the thought of meeting up with either Yuna or the zombies again. "I could teleport us, but it might be difficult considering you're transformed, love."

"Yeah. All for one and one for all. Like the Musketeers," Faith added with a grin. She felt like a complete nerd but it just reaffirmed Ariai's view on leaving Clifford behind.

Clifford chuckled a little though it sounded more like a rumble from his chest. He then glanced at ceiling beforeplacing his hands on the ground. "Sssstand back then ladiessss." Once they were out of the way he pushed himself off the floor in a massive leap and hit the ceiling hard. Hard enough to crash through the floor boards. He landed on the floor next to them shaking his head. "Now we can climb through. Who first?"

"I think Ariai should go first. The faster she gets out of this place, the smaller the risk of her getting sick," Faith said as she gave the Vampiress a small nudge forward. It was also a good tactical move just in case they should be ambushed. At least having Ariai on the upper level and CLifford on the bottom would give them some chance at escaping. Faith knew that if she were left alone, she'd be completely vulnerable to an attack and that would not be good for anyt of them. 'I hope they don't think I'm horribly selfish for this...' she thought as she waited for them to either accept or reject her comment.

"Okay then, if you don't have any qualms about it Clifford." Ariai glanced upwards and crouched down to the floor before jumping up to the ceiling, grabbing ahold of the crumbling edge and backflipping onto the next highest level. She looked around quickly to see if there were any zombies, and waved to them. "It's safe! Come on up!"

The blonde nodded and hurried under the hole. She was glad to be getting out of the building. She had never been exposed to a place that terrified her more than that one and her job had taken her to many places normal society deemed spooky. "I'm ready Clifford," she informed him softly, keeping her gaze fixed upwards. An escape brought about feelings of hope and happiness. She could go home and get some sleep once she was out.
