Mhmm, and even good songs aren't as, you know, special anymore when you hear them too much. :/

... Would you be willing to consider spinning undiscovered artists, by any chance? biggrin

*points* 'Tis my sis. She hardly gets online, so I'm to mention that she's got a band, and picky as I am, they impress me. Live. Last I heard, they're working out some studio time to record, but... well, they do have a MySpace, with songs up there from a live gig, but the balance is seriously ******** up. The sound guy even is adjusting the levels the whole time, so... yeah.

Anyway, it's ska/punk music -- your normal singer, drums, bass, rhythm and lead guitars, plus trombone and trumpet. Sort of old No Doubt (Beacon Street era)-ish, I suppose, tending more toward punk. Nearly all original stuff, but at shows they do a cover of 'The Kids Aren't Alright' that I actually hope they record. XD

Anyway, if you're interested, y'know... well, I could even get a whole lot of originals over to you, of lots of different sorts -- rockabilly, electronic, indie-rock... hell, you could call out for people to send you stuff and work in a "local/unknown" block for a couple hours once a week, or something.

I'll stop babbling and make the list now, though. whee

The Beat - Mirror in the Bathroom
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Spread Your Love
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Ain't No Easy Way
