That's true. I guess they determine it by what age you are when school starts then? neutral

Half Blood Prince
The note that Harry and Dumbledore find in the cave is:
To the Dark Lord I know I will be dead long before you read this but I want you to know that it was I who discovered your secret. I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it as soon as I can. I face death in the hope that when you meet your match, you will be mortal once more. R.A.B.
The real locket might be the 'heavy locket that none of them could open' that was mentioned in chapter 6 of OotP. Also, if R.A.B. is Regulus Black, Sirius' brother, then it would make even more sense that the locket was found in Grimmauld Place.

Makes good sense Mokey.
And now if you will, I shall commence with what I've been procrastinating to do for a while.
*clears throat and waves wand*
The following is for the American Edition of The Order of the Phoenix, hardback cover.
Page 8: This is where Harry's anger starts pissing me off. Why in the world would you throw away food your friends gave you when you live with people who don't feed you properly?
Page 12: I love how Harry's thinking about how Sirius would've reacted when he sees Dudley and his gang walk by. Which is very true. Sirius probably would've gone and had a go at him. But like Mokey said, Sirius doesn't practice what he preeches all that often. sweatdrop
Page 14: The term "What do you mean I'm not brave in bed?" sounds really funny if you take it the wrong way. rofl
Page 19: I wonder if Mundungus leaving had anything to do with Harry being attacked? What if he helped plan it? eek
Page 24: Mrs. Figg has some weird things to say... sweatdrop like her terms are just...they sound so overdone.
Page 30: I found this interesting: "Dementors caused a person to relive the worst moments of their life...What would spoiled, pampered, bullying Dudley have been forced to hear?" Do you think, perhaps, that he did have something the Dementors made him relive? confused
Page 31: So who else here was in complete shock to hear Aunt Petunia answer the "What are Dementors" question? smile
Page 33: When Uncle Vernon says "Do your lot have the death penalty?" Do wizards? Is that perhaps what the veil is for?
Page 34: If I were Harry, I'd tell the Dursleys to give Dudley some chocolate, just to shut them up.
Page 38: It's so strange how Aunt Petunia seems to understand the importance of Voldemort being back again. I wonder if there are other things she has linked to the wizard world?
Page 40: I always wonder...how do you write a Howler?
Page 41: It's also odd how Aunt Petunia, despite her nastiness towards Harry, obeys Dumbledore's orders to keep him there. Maybe she's afraid of him. ^_^
Page 47: Harry's probably so thrilled to hear Lupin's voice for the first time in a year. ^_^ I know I would be.
Page 49: I wonder if Remus' calling Tonks "Nymphadora" is an early affectionate gesture... sweatdrop
Page 65: Harry's actually wrong here when he shouts: "WHO SAVED BOTH OF YOUR SKINS FROM THE DEMENTORS?" Technically, he only saved Hermione. sweatdrop Ron was unconscious from Lupin's transformation.
Page 69: I wonder if Harry was "happy" to see Ginny again. ninja xd
This is currently striked out because I'm not done. Please don't respond or read just yet. sweatdrop *at page 75*
