Shinwa looked gleeful and shook the student's hand vigorously.
"My my, Welcome welcome dear! Gryffindor indeed, the best house I might say!" she said with delight.

Young Jae's mind voices retorted savage remarks against what Professor Shinwa just said about Gryffindor being the best of house, most of which are in another language and/or cannot be printed here. In summary, they more or less meant 'Yeah, it was great until you came into it, child abuser.'
"Yes, I have to agree," he said pleasantly, his smile betraying his rebellious attitude, "It is the best house, because it's led with a truly compassionate teacher."

Shinwa glanced at both guilty faces, wondering at all the telepathy going on.
She nodded once again to the new student and replied, "I suggest you don't hang around with Young-Jae so much; he had problems..."
With a lower tone of voice ,she added with a sense of pity, "He has an affinity for obsessing over sausages and hotdogs."

Young Jae shot a sour look at the teacher, "Problems which, I may remind you, you were incapable of answering, Professor Shinwa Sae, and it was such a simple question about food." but he didn't hear what Professor Shinwa said to her in a lower tone.

Shinwa looked at both guilty faces once more, scrutinizing the facial features carefully.
Standing up properly, she shrugged her shoulders, and replied airily, "Ah well , your decision."
Turning silently to Park, she raised her eyebrows and added, "Unlike you Park, I wouldn't depend on other people to answer my questions. I would rather find them myself."
Then she added with a savage tone, "If it was such an easy question, why couldn't you have answered it in the first place?"

Young Jae wanted to retort, but this was a teacher he was talking to, so he forced his voice ten levels nicer, "Um... you see, professor, I thought if anyone could have answered it, it could have been you. I'm just curious about some things, and I'm not as well-versed in Muggle things as you are. I recently checked the library and found my answer there as well."

Shinwa raised her eyebrows at the obviously faking voice and said, "I"m not muggleborn is you must now... Coming from another country, I would presume you would know more about muggles since korea's wizarding populus is not as large as it is here."
