It's MY OTP! The dedication they have for each other is beautiful.
Should they have had more time in the movie?
For sure.
Do you believe they end up together?
I thought they did after the last episode, but after the movie I'm not sure.
Was their enough hints in the manga? Anime? Have details!

Itty bitty chapter 72 Royai spolier:
OK, in this chapter Roy offers to give some of the flowers he bought in Chapter 70 (for mysterious purposes which I know 'cause I read scanslations) which Riza declines unfortunately. But it's very clear that Riza was happy that he called! Yay!

I'm getting back into Fullmetal, and it's mainly because of this pairing. This song I was listening to reminded me of it, so I decided to start reading it again. It's mainly the opening lines that are Royai-esque:
