SEan sat back and listened he was interested in these developments he felt the presence but didnt know what it was he decided to just sit back for now but soon they would get down to the punishment

Animus was getting annoyed. He looked at the others and then at Sarah. He sighed and stood up walking to center of the room next to Nick. He pulled his hood down and the placed his hands on either side of his mask. He hesitated for a second then pulled the it off his face. His face was slightly pale and had black tribal markings going up to his forehead. Black holes where his eyes should be scanned the room.

"This is how I could see the force energy of when Nick got rid of the spirits."He then looked at Nick putting his mask back on."And Nick. Thats what I'm talking about. What if someone let out enough force energy to reawaken them?"


Constance didn't wait for Nick to reply. She however didn't show her temper as Animus did. She continued to sit down and laughed.

"Once again the jedi have shown the ignorance that is your order. No offense to you all. Vyse its simple to answer you.... Cobulla has as much importance in this trial as Nick. I assure you that Nick is going to get a punishment. And we know of his crime! He broke the treaty! Simple as that. Now convict him. Or shall we debate more on how he broke it? I was a Senator I can debate with the best of them.

Rin's eyes widdened in surprise when she saw Animus removed his mask. This explains a lot of things, thought Rin to herself as he sat there, thoughts still going through her mind but it was brought back to reality when Animus asked his question. "That's just the problem, Animus," said Rin as she looked at him. "Simply having enough Force energy isn't enough. Like Nick said before hand that he had drained the Force energy from them. Its much like the Light Force power Dissipate Energy, or Absorb Energy but from what I can tell, its at a very complicated level. I would need to do more research on it myself but my guess is that you would have to...let's say, channel the energy to reawaken them. Although you would need to know where the spirit is. How to find it is a mystery to me though as they don't appear to even those that see with the Force. Plus, I'm pretty sure that anyone that does channel their Force energy into a spirit so that they can take a physcial appearance would be drained of their Force energy...even killed, I'm sure, if they can't supply the spirit with enough Force energy. I'll need to do more research on that." With that, Rin was silent as she waited there, leaded back in her seat as she sat there.

Vyse simply ignored Constance as she talked. He heard her but she was too stupid as to keep her mouth shut about Cobulla. Vyse knew that finding Cobulla is of great importance but right now, finding him is not the subject of debate at the moment. Plus, if you meant no offense, you would have not said anything at all, thought Vyse to himself as he kept his thoughts away from others. Debated with the best means nothing if you just debated over matters you don't seem to understand that well. Vyse looked over at Sarah as he sat there, just wanting to get this trial over now so that he didn't have to listen to Constance.

"I would imagine that," said Rin with a laugh as she thought about what Nick just said. Rin was stubborn though as she wanted to find out anything she could of it. Even small bits of information and a lot of guesswork, or pretty much all guesswork, she'd do that. If anything, she might find something on other planets, although that would take a while. She didn't care though. Rin was stubborn to the bone and would try to find information about it although she didn't want to go as far as learning it. It was out of the question to Rin as she hated the darkside.

Vyse simply looked over at Nick and just stared at him for a moment before nodding simply. "Not every one is perfect, even Jedi," said Vyse as he couldn't help but agree. Vyse was sure he wasn't the only one trying to keep his emotions in check and Vyse had known Kyle to let lose his emotions some times, although that was very rare but it happens. Vyse looked back over at Sarah, since this part of the trial is over, Vyse wondered what the next step in the trial would be.

Sarah ignored everything else once she heard that Kyle was defeated against the Sith Lord Cubolla. She was worried that if he had actually died or perhaps froze to death because of his opponent. However, one of the other Master's cleared their throat and Sarah focused back on the trial. She had just heard comments from Vyse, Constance, Animus, and Nick. Master Mounpring was looking at her and Sarah nodded. It would mean that she would voice out her opinion.

"As far as we know," she started. "Darth Cubolla is a threat. However, we must also acknowledge that this trial is not about him, but of Nick. He is here because he broke the treaty." Sarah was looking at the circle, their mouths closed as she spoke. "And what were the written cosequences about those who broke the treaty and found alive? I believe it was something like stripping that person of the Force." Sarah heard the murmers and the whisphers, but she continued on.

"So instead of talking about energies that Master Rin felt or about Darth Cubolla, let us bring the focus back to Nick Skywalker ex-sith Dark Lord of the Sith: Darth Wrath." With that said, she looked directly at Nick.

"There will be no argument about it. What it is written on the treaty as a consequence will be put forth upon the person that committed the crime. Nick Skywalker, are you ready for the punishment this council will bring upon you?"

"Then maybe you should have read the fine print more closely, Nick." She said without feeling nor compassion. "However, you will not be completely stripped off of the force. No, because of what you did in helping us save Shuriken and the fact that you turned yourself in, we will lessen the sentence. It has already been decided that you will know that the force is around you, but you cannot weild it." Sarah paused for a moment. "Think of it this way, at least you know the Force is still with you."

"This is the punishment you will recieve from us, Nick Skywalker," Master Mounpring added. "For the crimes you have committed against the Republic and the Ordnis Empire, and the death of Kyle Winsten, you are hearby sentence to be defeaned of the Force."

Constance knew what was to come she got up and headed to the doors. She looked back around to the council and headed the doors. How ever Si'Ti and Animus remained. Animus stared at Nick as the sentence was being given. He placed his hands with his sleeves of the his robes and folded his arms over his chest. Si'Ti just stared at Rin and counted her breathing. Si'Ti was calm and knew also what was to come and was seating with Animus and wanted to see this to the end.

Vincent stood up and drew both his lightsabers but didn't ignite them. He looked at the enraged Nick with silent rage. He'd hoped it wouldn't come to this but he knew it would. "Nick you must stop. You can't hope to stop this sentence from being passed. You your own fault this had to happen."
