Jean-Paul Drizzt never did that much for me. Dinin was the only one in the family with a lick of sense.

Rogue Specter granted, but 40 years of verbal and psychological abuse? I would think that would be dificult to just 'shrug off'... though that is probually the biggest reason he likes Cattie Brie, she was litrally the first girl that was ever nice to him (sence he never acually met Dove) unless there were other girls that the books don't mention lol with the whole 40 years thing, that is a small amount of time for any elf who will live for 7 or 8 centurys

Jean-Paul I can see where Drizzt would have some older-sibling feelings for CB that would cause him to take things slowly with her -- he has known her since she was a knee-high moppet, after all -- but you have to admit, the pace of that particular "romance" has been ridiculously slow. It deserves to be mocked. i disagree, "romance" as you put it, should move slowly if its too fast there could be something wrong. Look at Wulfgar and Catti-brie, they had to be fighting for they're lives to solve their problems. Sometimes there is the whole, love at first sight, but for the most part it doesn't exsist in the real world. Drizzt and Catti-brie's relationship had to wait for Catti to grow up to, she was only 11 when Drizzt and her first met.

Oh fun I am gonna like this maybe I am a big fan of Drizzt and I even had my rp character a drow ranger like him but I think that he is very noble if you look at drizzt and read about him it explaines some of todays culture it all goes back to judge me for who I am not for who I look like thingy

Well after my character pissed off lolth, killed off a few high priestesses, then escaped with my life, i thought drizzt a coward, then i started reading the books.

So yeah, Drizzt is pretty much the man. He would be my favorite character, if Jarlaxle didn't exist.
