For the curious... Cast list can be found here... http://imdb.com/title/tt0825245/I honestly am terrified of this cast and how BAD it could be after looking at some of those people's previous works. Though Kiefer Sutherland IS a good choice for Raist... and it ends there on my opinions.

Jinx8701 I agree. They'd probley end up cutting alot of what is important to the storyline. Yeah. Because if they added everything, the movie would be like 5 or 6 hours long. I wouldn't mind that, but they wouldn't make much money...

IMDB has the "release date" of Dragons of the Autumn Twilight set at "Septemper 2007"... I have my proof... now I must wait...

twisted I have waited for the movie a long time twisted
As long as they stay on the books and hold to that then the voice overs shouldn't do too bad. I am happy that its animation. As long as they take there time with the first one everything should be fine. as long as it doesn't turn out like eargon i will be happy.

Well... on the Dragonlance Movie site (www.dragonlance-movie.com) they DO have some background pictures. They're of Qualinost and Xas Tsaroth which totally kick a** and IMO kind of make up for the poor animation... IF they use the backdrops they showed for the background... though it may look a bit odd if they do...

Blue Dragon Highlord... maybe at the VERY end. But she doesn't have a big role until about halfway through the second book. She doesn't come in to play at all until Tarsis... even tehn as the "Blue Highlord" and only briefly.

Well... As I recall alot of the book was explaining things and discriptions of places that could be summed up VERY well in a picture on the "Big Screen" so I'm holding out that not MUCH will be edited out. Especially if/since Weis and Hickman were "holding the Producer's hands" the entire time. THey could come in handy to "sum things up" for time's sake.
