XD You'd have emotional and physical pain. gonk That's why cutters can't talk to non-cutters about this. They don't understand how it helps. Please don't feel like that. It doesn't help. It may feel ok, but if you can't you feel the pain??? Pray to God. Ask Mary, Our Blessed Mother to help you. Please......... cry Mary was human. mary's soul can't help you with your problems any more than your dead grandmother can. the only one who can help you in times of spiritual, emotional, or mental turmoil are God. but he is right only cutters realy understand cutting. Mary can help!!! She's Our Blessed Mother, She brought Jesus to us!!! She was born without sin and was taken into heaven body and soul. She can take our prayers and pray with us.

Canuckaluck Mary? You mean Jesus right. Jesus took all sin for us. He took the punishment. No, I mean Mary. She can pray with us and ask God to help us.

So, if Mary was just a human than why can she appear to us? halucination? actualy that is a good point. but then people have had alot of religious figures appear to them. i think it's just God showing us the person that we would most likely be wanting to see. the saints the apostles and the martyrs have all appeared to people. that's alot of inhuman people walking on this earth if you start adding them up.

Cutting oneself is a sin because your cutting the body that is given to you by God.
Even my classmate does that....
She does it for a hobby and that is not good..... sad

Maybe I need to read that over..... Yes, that's a good idea. The devil couldn't make Mary give us the message to pray the rosery and for the repose of the Holy Souls in Purgatory. Ok, tell you what, sometime in this lifetime, a miricale will apper. Mary told us that. So, maybe that will help your faith.

She does it for a hobby and that is not good..... sad as a hobby? that is a pretty crappy hobby to have. but the constant spouting of "cutting is a sin" does not help cutters at all. in fact it mostly just maked them feel worse about what they are doing. but since they relieve emotions with a blade it simply feeds the viscious cycle.

here is a poem i wrote a year or so ago. i hope any cutters in the guild will find meaning in it.
A Cutters Regret

I look down at my arm
At the lattice work of scars
Like the old abandoned trenches
Of long forgotten wars
The conflicts in my head
The anguish in my heart
I think of all the times
I ripped myself apart
The battle is long over
But the wounds all still remain
I sacrificed my flesh
In my campaign for pain
I wish I could go back
To take the blade away
To just hold that poor boy
To look at him and say
Look at me my young friend
What is it you see?
You’ll turn out allright
For you’ll grow into me
But I don’t like my self now
The younger me would say
I cannot deal with all this hurt
I just want it to go away
Kid I know it looks bad
But look here at my arm

kingmat3 lol cuting your self lol y? do it? it just dum Thats right! Its not very attractive if thats what your aiming for! The so called "emo" Is weird. I know what u feel tho. My cousin is deeling with magor stress. He cuts himself. And thought of killing himself. But you can get help. Maybe you should go to a theripest. And if u hit the main vain..... then you could die of too much blood loss. So ya....

So ya.... cutters tend to not all cutters are emo. and people who seriously cut tend to wear long sleeves and keep their marks covered. they realy don't care how they look because they are not trying to show them off. also most cutters won't die accidentaly. it's not that hard to keep off the kill zone.backs of the arms, thighs, calves, chest. all places that have no dangerous veins near the surface. even on the forearms or wrists it difficultt without realy digging the blade in. suicide in this mehtod is generaly planned out and the cuts are much deeper.
