My thoughts

Youko Kurama:

I think he's Kurama's truer self.. When he's in Human form he usually seems to be suppressing his anger and Youko Kurama just doesn't.. He's himself.. He's the person who does what he wants.. Where as Shuuichi is usually suppressing his anger.
I don't really see where most people get this thing about him wanting sex or whatever. A lot of the mythology about kitsune are forgotten in manga and only brought back up in fan manga (doujinshi.). In Yuu Yuu Hakusho, where do they mention Inari, Inari zushi, Shape shifting or anything else like that?

Kitsune in anime and manga represent playfulness and deceit. They have lost all of their old religious overtones—no striving for enlightenment, no preying on immoral mortals, no sexual parasitism.

And very little sexual allure, strange to say. Kitsune characters may be attractive, even seductive, but they are attractive or seductive because of their unique personalities, not because they are kitsune. Fans often find this unsatisfying, and rectify the problem by re-injecting folkloric kitsune qualities into anime and manga characters in fan art, fan fiction, and fan manga (doujinshi). For a vivid example, read English-language fan fiction and Japanese doujinshi about Kurama of Yuu Yuu Hakusho.
Shuuichi:

He's more of the Fake form of Kurama because he's usually suppressing his anger since he cares what other people around him think of him.

My thought on Yoko Kurama personality.... I can think of many idea as to who is Yoko Kurama

Many people see Yoko Kurama as a seducive kitsune but was it really proven in the anime? Yes, it's a fact that fox are consider as cunning and seducive base on many chinese/korean/japanese folklore but I have never seen Yoko Kurama act sexual. I may be wrong if Yoko Kurama is sexual since I have never read the manga book and instead watch the anime.

-Many people are debating wether or not Kurama have one soul or two souls. Because of his changing attitude, many people are confuse.

-He may be just one soul who life was changed because of his mother. After experice the love of his mother during the incident, he may have dedicated his life to his mother and became much nicer person.

-He may have two soul who is combine with a human soul. Before Yoko Kurama enter Shiori womb, there was a unborn baby. Every life have a soul including the unborn baby. When Yoko Kurama enter Shiori womb, it either kick the poor unborn baby or fused with the unborn soul.

Many fan picture Yoko as a fun, mischeivios or sexual person. But is it true? How can any person, who was born in Makai, ever have a chance to be an idea that a fan girl would may think. He is ruthless and a cold demon. Is he evil? I don't think so because in my point of view, he had a relationship with all his comrade. Example with Yomi, Kurama may had mercy on him even though Yomi was dispose by Kurama. Kurama could of killed/left Yomi the first time when he disobey him. This could be a sign that He had mercy on Yomi and could think that Kurama gave Yomi a test (During when Yomi left the 2nd time to the castle) wether he is a loyal comrade or a fool. Also with Kuronue, we could image Kurama heart broken when Kuronue died.

I could think more but don't feel like typing anymore. Finger cramp. >.>

It is true in myths kitsune are sexual but the old myths usually don't transfer into manga.. They come up in Doujinshi a lot though...
So he isn't likely sexual in the manga/anime. The legends also say that kitsune harvest ki (energy) though sexual conduct though I haven't seen
Youko do that yet..

My beliefs:

Youko Kurama: Like a lion - very caring and protective of his group, but woe be unto he who crosses him. Ruthless? Yes. The law of the Makai is much like the law of nature: Kill or be killed. Killer? See my previous statement. Youko most likely killed people who were a threat, who attacked, and if he stole from them and they attacked. So basically, yes, one can hypothesize that Youko Kurama is a ruthless killer. Evil? Maybe, in a sense. Reverse Urashima said that (human) Kurama was giving him a look that reminded him of a demon he knew once that was the personification of utter evil. This may or may not be referring to Youko, but I believe it does. On another note, Youko may very well be a sexual creature, but that is a part of his past that is hidden to us, and we'll never know the truth, only mere speculations.

{I probably just merely summed up what everyone else is saying, but oh well. xd }

Minamino Shuuichi: Shuuichi and Youko are one. Kurama has said so himself, to Goki in the flashback part before Youko's battle with Reverse Urashima in volume 10. He said something to the effect of there having been an indivisible fusion. {Sorry fangirls, they're a solid unit. xd } Kurama is softspoken and polite...unless you threaten him, and, as he said, he may not be as powerful as he once was, but that doesn't mean that he can't be worse. Kurama is very kind to his friends, and would give his life for the team. {He proved that in his battle with Karasu.} He is no longer truly Youko Kurama, so I believe that the name 'Kurama' suits him well. He's not Youko, but he's not really Shuuichi either. He's a little bit of both worlds.

I am not "evil" per se, unless you're someone who has gotten on my bad side, or hurt one of my teammates. Then you may view me as "evil". XP;
