I like the rasmus more.
but i like HIM too...
i'm just not supposed to listen cause my dad thinks the name is bad (His Infernal Majesty) I think rockstars will be rockstars and i don't care what they say as long as their music is good. i may not believe what they believe, but if i like the music it's alright by me wink

oh for pete's sake...posts like that reallly, really annoy me.
HIM don't USE His Infernal Majesty anymore for starters...too hard to say when they got drunk...secondly...they believe in what exactly? Playing and writing amazing music for their listeners? Ville has never portrayed his personal beliefs through the music. Feelings, yes, but not his beliefs. Just because they play dark music doesn't mean they want their listeners to believe that there is nothing but depression and morbidity in the world.
What they sing about and play is no different to The Cure, Aiden and yes, even the rasmus...except the latter are seen as more cute and innocent simply because of how lauri looks (here in my country anyway).
I say, if you like a band, regardless of what their name means or used to stand for, regardless of what your parents believe you should listen to it. If you like it enough, you'll fight for it...I did and now my parentals just expect me to rock up at their house decked out in black with my heartagram tatoo flashing in the sunlight
Yes, I am a HIM fan...I don't deny that, but I am also a fan of the Rasmus and I don't honestly see how a comparison can be made between them. Two totally different group of artists with one basic similarity....they perform to make people happy and at the end of the day, that is all that should matter.
and that is my rant for the month.

dont get me wrong, i love the rasmus
but ville and lauri are friends
they drink together for god sakes!
and so what if HIM sang a backstreet boys song
it was fun and entertaining
better than any of us could do anyway.
