LAST, FIRST: Tuesti, Reeve ... CODE: Reeve.. AGE: 37.. SEX: Male.. D.O.B: January 14.. BIRTHPLACE: Kalm..
[DESCRIPTION]
HEIGHT: 6'2".. WEIGHT: 164 lbs.. BUILD: Medium.. EYE COLR: Brown.. HAIR COLR: Dark Brown.. COMPLXION: Fair.. DEXTERITY: Right Handed..
[BACKGROUND]
WPN>>RNGD: 9mm Handgun ... WPN>>HND-HND: None ...
TRAINING: [Unknown]... COMPNY: Shin-Ra Inc ... OCCUPATION: Head of Urban Development ...
Appearance: He wears a professional-looking dark blue suit, not unlike the Turks', though perhaps a bit more worn-looking. His shoulder-length, nearly black hair is slicked behind his head in a serious fashion. Even his shortly cropped beard and moustache are muted--he doesn't stand out the way the other Heads of Shin-Ra do. By those new to the company, he's often mistaken to be just another employee, or at times, even a Turks due to his suit. His department is one of the least funded in the company, but he still manages to maintain a professional appearance despite the large salary cuts that he's given himself.
Background/History: Born not far from Midgar, he left his hometown to try to make his fortune in the "City of Dreams" after finishing his university-training in Mideel. He soon came to realize how corrupt this city indeed was, though he managed to become mildly successful. He maintained a sense of righteousness even as he rose through the ranks of the insidiously corrupt company, making him popular with those working under him, but earning the distrust of the higher-ups. Finding they could not bribe him out of his sense of justice, they instead moved him to a dead-end department: Urban Development. Within that department, he rose to become the head in only a few short years, earning his place on the Board of Directors of the company. His experiences in the company, however, led him to realize that his own life would be jeopardized if he did not give in his ideals within the scope of his newly acquired position. He still stands as the voice of good intention on the Board, though keeps his true opinions to himself much of the time, knowing that if he were to speak too hastily, his replacement would likely be chosen on the basis of conformity with the rest of the Board's opinions.
From Rufus's Private Records:
Reeve blinked, not quite sure if what he just heard was correct. "Come again?" he said.
"We want you to act as a spy--on Cloud and his little group of traitors and rebels," the blonde strumpet repeated. So he had heard Scarlet correctly. She laughed, her grating laugh that everybody despised. But he had to work with her on a daily basis. Surely people would understand if he just took out the 9mm tucked away in his jacket and did away with her means of speech altogether... Even the President wouldn't begrudge him that.
He almost let the smile slip onto his face that time. Almost. If he had, he'd probably be dead within forty-eight hours--even though they were technically at the same rank in the company, she held much more power than he ever would, and he knew better than anybody just what that meant for Midgar.
The thing in the garish red dress continued. "My department will be providing you a new toy for this assignment," she said. "It's quite capable of defending itself, but it's been made to be inconspicuous--for where it will be stationed, anyway." She laughed that hideous laugh again, and Reeve's eye twitched slightly. Not slight enough to escape her notice, though.
"I'm sorry, was there something wrong?" she said in a sickening approximation of "sweetness."
"Just... something in my eye," Reeve said coolly. "As to your plan..." he said, his face like stone, "it sounds like a good one. But I'm obviously not going to be able to carry it out."
"And why's that?" the thing asked in a simpering voice. Reeve reminded himself that the small meeting room they were in was filled with cameras. He'd never be able to get away with it.
"Because I'm the head of the Urban Development Department," he continued in a near monotone, not changing his expression for a moment. "I'm afraid I have no experience with spying." He peered at her a bit more intently. "Not exactly in the job description, you know? It would be more appropriate for the Turks, don't you think?"
"True," she said, her voice still gratingly... poisonous. That was the word. "But the Turks are all dealing with the Sephiroth issue at the moment--and Heidigger won't even give me one to play with." She walked over to the folder laying on the mahogany table at the center of the room, picking it up and flipping through it. Reeve saw his own picture in the mix.
"I'm afraid you're really the only one in the company with the information, the skill, and the capability for this assignment who isn't currently busy with anything else," she continued, then smiled cruelly. "The Urban Development Department really has nothing better for you to do, I'm afraid."
Reeve imagined stabbing her in the bowels and watching as her intestines fell out. He reflected that he never actually thought of violent things until he met Scarlet. It was a pity, actually. She'd defiled his mind without even knowing it. He still felt immensely satisfied with the thought of the deed, though.
She pressed on. "It's not my orders, you know," she said in that awful voice. "Directly from Rufus--or should I say, the President? Since that's what he is now." She laughed again at her own pathetic excuse for wit, and Reeve winced mentally.

[RECORDS]
Summary of the Incident at the Battle of Hyan-er:
It was raining. It always seemed to be raining in Wutai. Somebody'd mentioned something about a wet season, but she didn't really know, nor did she really care, what that was about.
Crest was feeling very wet and very dejected. She was only 17, and she'd somehow been swept into SOLDIER and off to Wutai before she could even tell what was going on. Still, as long as it was for Shin-Ra... she could suffer any humiliation, and physical degradation. They'd taken her in, a cur off the streets of Midgar, and had made her into something great... a force beyond those that mortals could understand... a SOLDIER.
She'd recently been promoted to a lieutenant, for serving with distinction, or something like that... but military rank, like obscure foreign weather cycles, didn't mean much to her. She followed her superiors' orders, and that was good enough for her, and for everybody else involved, or so it seemed.
They had just moved out to the obscure mountain town of Hyan-er, which was reputed to hold some great weapon that may even threaten Shin-Ra itself... but if that cannon hadn't been able to stand up to SOLDIER, then what hope did this new threat have? And they were striking at it before it had even been brought into operation, so there wasn't any point in even sending the infamous Scythe unit there, was there? Sephiroth's own personal command, filled with hand-picked members of SOLDIER 1st Class... how she'd ever been flung into that group was absolutely beyond her.
A spikey-haired individual in a purple SOLDIER uniform with a huge sword strapped across his back got up and walked over to her.
"Hey, Crest," Zack said in a friendly tone, a wry smile on his face, "how you doing there?" She guessed her discomfort must be pretty obvious.
She gave him a sulky look for a moment, then waved her hand in the air in front of her. "Since you ask, I'm not doing so well," she complained in a conspiratorial tone. "I'm doing wet." Her face became cross. "Did you know that I don't like water? I don't even like the beach."
Zack laughed in response. "Well, I'm afraid I can't do anything about that," he said, plopping down next to her. "We're all out of coffee, too..." A grin crossed his face, which was almost immediately replaced by melancholy, which, in turn, was replaced by another wry smile. He seemed to like those. "What're a couple of newbies like you and me doing here, anyway?"
Crest smiled gently. "God only knows... or, I guess Sephiroth does as well."
She didn't get to hear his reply, because Captain Tsumidashi'd just walked over. She couldn't really place what it was about him, but she didn't like him at all. It didn't stop her from following orders, though.
"You two, start getting ready," he said. "We'll be attacking the town in a few minutes, so get prepared." With that, he continued on, walking toward the other troops trying to relax in the early morning chill.
Crest grabbed Kerberos and strapped it to her back as she stood up, over her black SOLDIER's uniform, with the officially ruined leather band they'd given her before throwing her across half the world to fight a strange, Oriental enemy. Likewise, she strapped the short SOLDIER sword to her waist, and grabbed the BIZON-2 she'd been assigned. Zack propped his huge sword up on the short ridge they'd been leaning against and closed his Mako-dyed eyes, as if concentrating on the battle ahead.
Sephiroth remained sitting on the ground some distance away, impassive. She'd heard that he had been the one to personally take on Godo, the leader of the Wutai resistance, who was supposed to be an incredible fighter... Though sitting there, he looked almost normal. Certainly, his shoulder length silver hair was distinctive enough, but, wearing a black SOLDIER's uniform almost identical to her own, he looked like any other of Shin-Ra's elite military unit.
She was ripped out of her thoughts as a boulder came crashing down mere yards behind her, seemingly out of thin air. She dove toward the rock wall that formed one border of their encampment instinctively as another one came crashing down toward the Marines' camp... she heard screams of surprise which quickly turned into screams of agony. They hadn't been as lucky as the SOLDIERs.
She looked toward the village--the only place she could think of within distance to attack them--and saw Sephiroth was already running toward it. Then she saw the blue, shimmering serpent-like form hovering over it... it was enormous. Her eyes widened.
Zack ran over to her, concern for his comrade clearly evident in his eyes after the boulder had surprised them all. "Crest, are you--"
She cut him off by pointing slowly, shakily at the beast that Sephiroth seemed to be running to face. "Zack..." she said, her voice shaking like her hand, "what the hell is that thing?"
He whipped his head around, and, seeing the leviathan, his eyes widened to match hers. Twin, glowing green eyes staring at the visage of the beast.
The serpent suddenly snapped into a purely physical form, and Jigen Tsumidashi's voice could be heard crying out for the retaliation to begin, when, suddenly... a massive wall of water appeared. Even his stolid voice cut off staring at it--it had to be seven or eight stories tall--and it was rushing down the mountain towards them.
All of a sudden--before she could look at anybody else, before she could make a sound, before she could even see her life flashing before her yes--she was surrounded in the torrential, warm water. She was choking... drowning... and the force was threatening to simply tear her body apart. She blacked out. _________________
The rout of the Shin-Ra forces was unstoppable as the great Wutaian God poured more and more of the waters of death upon them. Not even the great Sephiroth had managed to get out of the way in time, and, trapped in the flood, he was powerless to do anything, his materia and Masamune stripped away from him by the force of the riptides.
And then a single, green light began to glow somewhere near where the Marines' camp had been minutes before. It was faint at first, virtually impossible to see through the water, but it continued to glow, brighter and brighter, until it was shining with the intensity of a small, green sun, caught in the middle of the tsunami. And then the waters parted.
They rushed up into a column, surrounding the brilliant light, and then, in a single instant, froze into a giant column of pure, crystalline ice, clear as the air itself. The first rays of the sun, rising in the east, caught the giant structure, and the light, fractured through the frozen mass, breathed a mystic radiance of rainbow light into the air. It was awe-inspiring.
And then the column was rushing at the great God DaShe--the Leviathan. It smashed into the great serpent, knocking it into the cliff behind it, shattering into billions of crystal shards, sparkling in the early morning sunlight, and the God screamed.
All eyes capable of seeing at that moment turned toward the source of the light--the body of Crest Schatteskind, floating in the air, eyes blazing a brilliant green.
The God screamed again, but this time from a different pain. Crest's hands were slowly coming together, as if compressing a great mass between them, and the God was writhing in pain, it's body slowly becoming more and more constricted. A brilliant red light started to shine from the God's body, and then, suddenly quickening, began to shrink--or, rather, become crushed--into a single, spherical shape that was beginning to materialize.
And then it was over. The God was gone, and in it's place, a single, red materia floated in the air. And then both, Crest and the materia, dropped like rocks back to the earth. _________________
Sephiroth coughed, water spilling out of his mouth. Where was it... his sword. He needed it to face that thing...
Looking about, he noticed all the bodies around him--some still breathing, others obviously soaked into death. What a pitiful way to die. And then he saw it--or rather, failed to see it. The Wutaian God was gone. He blinked, and shook his head, water droplet's flying from his fine, silvery hair.
He saw the Masamune and grabbed it, still wary of further attack. But the villagers, like their God, were nowhere to be seen. As if they'd abandoned the town. As if they never existed in the first place.
Satisfied that there weren't any more enemies to be found, he decided to attend to his troops first, and ask questions later. Because questions definitely needed to be asked. _________________
Subject shows no indication of any memory of the incident. Records show that Sephiroth received the credit for the defeat of the summon, code name Leviathan. Nothing further is known.

Darkness
In the cold alley that Jace walked, enveloped in thick clothing.
The time was 3:54 a.m.
Jace just could not overcome the thought of death before fufillment of his dream. This night his slumbering imagination encountered a terrible dream of a world he dared not hope for. It was void of any life, as he hovered suspended in midair above the nmoss-covered ruins of Midgar. The interpretation was obvious but not confirmed.
Today would start Jaces first day as a part of the Turks, ironically. He had never felt such a whirlwind of excitement, happiness, anxiety and fear...with no way to express it.
jace stopped at a late night Jazz cafe. upon its crystalline windows he placed his leather gloved hands to it, peering inside, then entering upon the sight of a chessboard.
The man sitting at it seemed to be holding his place as the best, making moves against himself, most likely because there was no one stronger than him. Jace played, but it seemed needless to embarrass him, and draw attention to his potential, regardless his burning want to do so. instead he sat at the bar still focusing his eyes to the sudden light when someone bust in, quite literally. A fresh corpse broke through the window and on his own blood, slid right behind the stool Jace sat upon. As the man drew his last breath, the assailant entered; a basic thug. he approached. the man at the chessboard sat undaunted, eyes still at the chess position upon him. perhaps he was used to such abominations.
"Clean up dis trash here..." The thug sat two seats from Jace, gritting his uneven teeth behind the cigarette lodged in his lips. " And get me a coffee"
Jace stared at him for a couple seconds, and quickly snatched his cigarette from his mouth. The Thug was startled and got up in instinct. Jace crouched and landed a kick right on the fools chin. Jace gripped him up in mid-air by the collar and threw him through the same hole he first made. After Activating a Life Materia in the now alive victims hand. he stepped forward, and the thug fled.
As he left he approached the chessboard and moved a piece.
"Queen to f7...Checkmate"
The clerks had all hid in the back, at the start;when Jace appeared. Not sticking around to hear the rest of his obscenities, he exitted to follow the thug and finish him off.
Maybe that would help him feel better.....

Background/History: Tek’s father was a busy industrialist and core scientist in many Midgar projects, and soon rose to fame with the other scientists when the earth’s life-force could be was destructively tapped into. Due to his father’s involvement with ShinRa.Inc Tek was blessed with a heavy education and nice home on the higher levels of Midgar. Later in Tek’s life his father invited him to help him at his workplace, all was well until unexpectedly one day his father was exposed to a large amount of unknown gases in a ventilation chamber, unaware of the dangers Tek attempted to help his father but unfortunately he was already dead, Tek was then taken into care and remained unconscious for days, he awoke to find a gas mask on his face, and was eventually told that he would be unable to breath with out it and the nano-gens, which allowed him to continue living. Scared by his experience he pushed himself toward a degree of high standard, in order the he might understand chemicals and what they entail and the dangers they behold. Two years later he obtained the degree and then re-invented his personality and attire, portraying a harsh and rebellious character, trying to retain the teenage years he had lost to his education. "We will never know if we don't try...!" he shouted with his course face pressed against the glass, the barrier was begining to annoy him, I could tell. Tek placed my thin hands on the console, the barriers closed inside the ventilation room and the room, was locked off. "Okay Tek, lets do this, start the program, and then open the doors quickly, the subject is placed and we only have a few moments before the chemicals start to pour into the room!" still shouting, Tek listened intently. "Quick son!" Tek's father was getting anxious "Im going as fast as I can!" Tek Shouted back whilst fidling with the consoles.... 9... Zzzzzzzt! Crack! The whole room emptied itself of light apart from a small green LED inside the ventilations room, and a few lights on the Program screen. Tek turned and confused by the light, he triped whilst running toward the program console, pulling him self up again he looked at the console, and selected the "emergency stop" option on screen. Dun! the console bleeped and small letters appeared on the screen, power failure, please check secondary terminal. 5... "Tek! whats going on, You must hurry!" the sound of his fathers voice echoed through his head. 4... Tek span toward the Door locking console and pushed the third door button, then typed the command code his father had taught him, but the screen was black, nothing was there, Tek was in a major panic and unplugged the console then plugged it in again, this didn't help though. 2... 1... Tek turned to see the faded outline of his father in the dark, he could just make out the gases pouring out the vents, into the room, Tek placed his hands upon the window, and hoped his father would be okay. Suddenly the lights flickered back on, and his father was revealed slumped against the glass, with his eyes upturned and a black foam like substance trickling from his mouth, the subject in the corner which happened to be a small desert cactus, shrivled and slumped down in a weeping motion, everything was happening so fast, and there was nothing Tek could do, he rushed to the manual system and opened door three, pushing it towards the room, the gas crept out like that of a ghost escaping from a body, then Tek felt it and like his father he fell back and landed head hard on the floor, it ached, the harsh gases filling his lungs, and his hands and muscles tightening like he was being crushed. he fell into darkness, and thought..."could this be it, am I dieing... and Dad what about him, please...please.... He..l..p" "Program completed, would you like to save the peripharal results?" the program spoke softly as Tek fell into a deep sleep and his father, slowly but surely past away. ][ ----------------------- ][

She's like any ordinary teenager--lively and loud. But however, she can be serious when need be. Millia can be silent and distant at times depending on her mood. She has a habit of smirking and making sarcastic remarks whenever the situation see fits. She also likes to call Hojo a 'perv'.
Background/History:
Millia couldn't remember anything about her past. The only thing she remembered was being in a lab and being a guinea pig to the scientists at Shin-Ra Company. The scientist in charge of her was Professor Hojo. In other words, Millia is or could be one of Hojo's experiments.
Due to this, Millia has attained a new power--or 'Skill' as she would like to call it--This skill is called 'Rage'. When this skill is activated, Millia will gain extra speed and strength but it comes with a cost; Millia will lose some of her sanity and consciousness during the activation. So when this happens, she will be unable to remember the events taken place during the activation clearly. But at least she'll be able to tell friend from foe.
But apparently, Hojo has something else up his sleeve. He'll need to study his subject a little bit more, and that's where the red-stone earring comes in. By wearing it, Hojo will be able to observe her vital signs and the like. Hojo didn't tell her much detail except that she'll need to go through an operation on her arm. But the operation seems too painful, Millia would rather die than to go through it.
Millia has made several attempts to run away and has succeeded only once. But before she could get as far as the outskirts of Midgar, she was captured. During this point in her life, she became negative and became somewhat like a living corpse.
When Millia was sixteen, Hojo enrolled her at the Shin-Ra Academy for training. She was the prodigy in her batch and became an M.D.A.R. Elite--a.k.a. Turks--as soon as she graduated. During her Academy years, Millia got to know Rufus during a pursuit. Meeting the young man has changed her life ever since. To thank him, she changed her lifestyle and had a resolve to be the best--worthy of being Rufus' personal bodyguard.

Example of How you Rp:
Millia was getting ready for her first assignment as a Turk. She was found at the arms department, equipping her usual stuff; the electromagnetic rod and her customized 300mm pair of handguns. Holstering it under her jacket, she left the arms department and headed downstairs.
On her way, she encountered Professor Hojo on the stairs connecting the second floor to the first floor. "Great, the first face I need to see on my first mission is this perv..." The thought pass through her mind, she furrowed her brows and crossed her arms. "What do you want?" She asked in an annoyed tone, leaning backwards slightly as she centers her weight.
"Oh my, why the annoyed tone?" He slyly replied, "Don't you like seeing me?" He chuckled sadistically.
Millia felt so disgusted. By just listening to him makes her want to puke. Turning away, her eyes portrayed a stern and killer-intent look. "If you don't have anything important to say then get the hell out of my way...!"
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. You have such a bad temper..." Hojo calmly commented, reaching into his lab coat to retrieve a small box. "Here~" After retrieving the object, he tossed it towards Millia.
She caught it in her right hand and once in her grasp, she scanned it with her sharp crimson eyes. Opening it, she found a familiar object--the red-stone earring.
"Just in case you used your skill..." Hojo went up the stairs, his voiced echoed. When he was next to her, a wide grin appeared. "Come back safely...alright?"
Hojo disappeared into the shadows, Millia's eyes was still fixed on the earring. After a few seconds of thought, she took it out and wore it on her right ear. Tossing the box aside, she went down the stairs and headed for the building exit. Once outside, her cellphone rang...
