Well if anyone has seen the second broly movie....You know that adult gohan got his a** handed to him by broly.It took ssj2 gohan ssj2 goku and ssj goten to stop broly.

Gohan and Goku reached SSJ2 just for Broly?

Well I mulled this over for days in a previous forum and the awnser is Brolly NO Question.

Cell was defeated by Gohan with battle damage (draining his power) JUST AFTER reatching SSJ2.

Later in Movie 11 (Or is it 10?) Brolly comes back defeats (NO CONTEST) Adult Gohan SSJ2 who has far surpassed his child self in power.

Brolys power is bordering on SSJ3 with that might.

I do realise Broly can't regenerate but , when he used a attack witch destroyed a etire island in one shot , Cell wouldn't have alot of chance.

As far as I know

Chance to win

Cell: 30%
Broly: 70%

Even if sell pulled his own UUSJ trick , Broly would then be faster.

The point my good man is that , When Broly goes USSJ , he skips USSJ and goes to his own more powerful custom transformation , fan dubbed "LSSJ" and GAINS speed , doesn't loose it. He also gets taller and much more reistant to damage... He walked through a fully charged Kamehame and LAUGHED... When Cell did that he got his head blown off and various limbs...

Power isn't everything , Power speed brains and ruthlessness.
Cell wins on Brainpower but in Power and Speed , Broly wins hands down.

You're wrong there! Gohan didn't really train the 7 years after the Cell Game, because he had school and everything. Vegeta even told him that he was probably a lot stronger then Gohan now, because Gohan didn't train (and Vegeta obviously did).

Exactly. And Gohan didn't fight Brolly as a SSj2 in the second movie. Gohan only achieves SSj2 when his rage is woken.

My bad about Gohan I just re revised the Cell saga and Buu saga.

I do realise Gohan was weakend from not training however that was couter balanced by the fact he grew older , and stronger.

Vegeta got stronger because Vegeta gained ALOT of power from training and Gohan stayed Just as strong as he was before. No stronger no weaker. So one would assume this means he'd still be damn powerful.

In movie 11 it also showed Gohan power up from SSJ1 past to SSJ2. It even showed the hair differance to backup the transformation , witch is why Broly then jumped straight to USSJ. His rage was woken because Broly used a blast so powerful it would have killed Goten and Videl in one straight hit. If your baby brother and Girlfriend almsot got blown up by someone you'd be angry too.

I still think Broly was much much stronger than Cell.

If you need further proof.

Movie 8:

Timeline: The Cell saga , out of sync with reality as it wasn't before the saga (Gohan was SSJ) and it wasn't after (Goku was alive and Trunks was still around)

Goku Vegeta Trunks Gohan and Piccolo attacked Broly all at once and did no damage.
Goku fired a Super Kamehameha and Broly WALKED through it.
When Goku Super Kamehemeha'd cell he blew his head off and most of his torso away.

However , in the cell saga , Gohan manages to keep up with Cell in SSJ1 for around 3-5 episodes. Without getting beat up too badly.

Broly within 15 min had knocked out ALL the Z fighers almost killing them , however Senzu beans save the day.

As far as I see , all the facts point to Broly outclassing Cell tottally.
