Iv'e always wondered which of these villains are stronger. Its hard to tell. please explain a reason. Perfect Cell or Broly?

Cell would whoop Broly so badly.
Because Cell can regenerate and there is no way he can get his power to where Gohan's was with his massive kamehameha, (somewhere around 50 million?) there isn't a possibilty he could win.

I would have to say Broly because he has his own attacks, but Cell takes everyone elses attacks. Also Broly is Legendary.

If you mean if their powers were combined or if they were fused together, then no he couldn't, but if all four attacked him at once they still couldn't have taken him. It's like this: A lion is attacked by four dogs. He's much stronger and can take them all on. But combine the dogs into a huge super killer dog, with some lazer beams attached if you'd like, and the lion's got no chance 3nodding

My mistake xp . No Cell couldn't take them on all at once. Goku could've taken him alone but didn't.
