-if your gold plated One Ring no longer has gold on it...
-you put quotes from the Trilogy in your away messages/profile, but without looking at any of the Books
-you capitalize anything referring The Lord of the Rings.....

-you stay up late reading the appendices of LotR so that you don't miss even the small details
-you smile gleefully when reading entries in the Elvish Etymologies
-your get-rich-quick scheme is to go diving/digging for a Silmaril
-your grades suffered because of the massive amount of time you spent reading Quenya lessons
-you purpose to learn the meaning and roots in every possible name from Arda and have already learned many
-you translate names to Quenya and transliterate them into Tengwar for fun
