Look over my words before you twist them around on me. I said "some of the best guilds" not just "the best guilds." I've seen incredible guilds plentiful in members. I didn't say it's a requirement to have just a few members to be great. I said without members, some guilds, not mine since mine require membership to look any good, are still magnificant with only a few active members. The nicest guy in all of Gaia, as far as my opinion is concerned, has few members. He's also the best leader and one of the best RPers I've ever seen/
If that was meant as an insult, maybe it would be a good idea to get to know me before you attack me verbally.

Having people to follow you doesn't make you a good leader. It means you have good followers. In real life it means you are charismatic. In Gaia it means enough people stumbled across your guild and a few joined it. There is more to a leader than followers. You can't lead without followers, but not having them doesn't mean you aren't the best leader around. It just means you don't have followers for whatever reason.
My reason? Most people I know with a level 3 or higher RPing ability have A type personalities and have things to deal with inside their own guilds. There are exceptions.
[Note: What is considered level three: "*I fire my pistol and jump over the obstacle as I fire.*"
For a better idea look at Leon's USA guild.]

RPing prowess comes in many different forms. Some may be good with futuristic RPs. Some may be good with past/fantasy ones, and others with modern. Some may be good with single people, some retain prowess in managing armies.
You don't just "conjure up an army." You manage it. You give your people food, water, shelter, supplies. A forward base. You have to consider how far vehicles can go before refueling. How many refueling vehicles you will need. How much extra ammunition you need to bring along. How you assault. How you defend. What weapons you will need. You have to command an entire military like you are a CO in RL. Your people have needs just as your character would. They have skills just like a character, they get sick like a player character, they die like them, they have desires. They feel heat as a PC would.
You make it see like it's as simple as "*poof* ATTACK! I win."

Very well, but know that I am still wary of it, as that I have yet to have an experience with someone managing entire armies at once that turned out for them to not be an elitist a*****e. No offence implied.

My apologies on my lack of attendence and time here to discuss further points of that. Some of which having nothing to do with anything, such as type A and B personallities.

We've determined NPC's to be too much of an impossible to decide on subject... so they will be decided before a battle occurs.
