As for her mane if it can be up like in the photograph for her horns. Underbelly & a bit of chest hair white a bit of white on the hair around her hoofs.

Color & Basic Markings: Dark blue/black skin, milky blue eyes (the kind you see in blind animals)
Detailed Markings: Golden colored constellations all over his body (doesn't matter which ones... all that matters are the dots and the lines <3 ), and his finger tips and tail tip should be golden and faintly glowing

Color & Basic Markings: Pure white {a light blue for the shading would be nice. Or something similar to make him look soft.}

Detailed Markings: A mole at the bottom corner of his visible eye. And a faint blush on his cheeks.
Tail: Long white Peacock feathers, laying down, dragging behind him. {I'd love if they could curl at the ends a little bit}
Wings (if any): folded white peacock wings on his back.
Extra Edits:
- the crown on top of his head like peacocks have. {not too big}
-paws instead of front hooves.
-glowing white hooves, and paws
-long white hair, kind of like Cerie's, but very straight, and silky. Some of it can drape over a shoulder, or be pinned back in a draping style. Something elegant. {sort of CC. Some WIP's would be nice. <3} Should not touch the ground though.
-Feminine eyes, with long dark lashes. The eyes should be icy blue, with a light glow to them.
-A few pearls stringed/laced along his tail and wings. Not too many just a few. Can add some to his hair, too if you think it fits~
-small silver loops lattered along his ears. A tear drop pearl earring at the base {where a human normally gets one}.
Facial Expression: neutral/stoic.
Accessories:
-black Lace choker
-black lace on his legs too {from ankle up to "knee"}
-Fluffy shawl around his shoulders. like this. More fluffy though, and bigger.

Lace choker, minus the thing in the middle, and a little longer on him since deer necks are so long. Instead of the middle broach, let it have a pearl broach like the one here, at the center or top. {which ever looks best.}

Detailed Markings: white gothic style cross on back, see jokoa ref for type of style markings. Gothic markings also go on legs
Tail: Black fur with white stripe, a scorpion style stinger just peaking out from tail
Horns (if any): Traditional style antlers with various red beads hanging off of string along with feathers, vial of blood or two, maybe some obsidian arrowhead or bone. Horns end in spikes

Detailed Markings:For his tattoo, I don't want exact copies. They're more like idea's. Guidelines even. :'3 And it's not both. It's either one or the other.
Tattoo one - If choosing this one, I like the idea of the rose being red. But it can be any of his accent colors. :
Tattoo two - If choosing this one please turn that stupid keyblade into a sword or something. It's not what I'm looking for.
Any form of tribal with wings will do. The imagination of the colorist is encouraged for this part. The placement is also not important so long as it can be seen.
Facial Markings - Not an exact copy of this, but I do want this on his face. I would like a tattoo on him AND his face.
Tail: Delta like tail or tails that are fluffy/feathery with no scales.
Horns (if any): N/A
Wings (if any): Standard bird type
Extra Edits: Hair - Something like this, short in the back with longer bangs that are uneven on one side but are still long. A little longer than in the picture would be preferred, but I'd be happy with it as is as well.

Accessories: Necklace - Something similar to this necklace in this color or corresponding colors to him would be awesome.
Ear cuff - Sapphire studs instead of the silver ones.
Earring - A simple hanging sapphire tear drop. None of the fanciness please. A sapphire for the stud part, a normal chain and the sapphire tear.
I would like chains and teardrop sapphires dangling from his tail. They can be attached to "bracelets" on his tail or just hanging there. Your choice. And I would also like a large, loosely draped cloth over his shoulders sort of like a scarf or a shawl. I couldn't find a good enough reference for these last two things.

Color & Basic Markings: Base color is fffbbc with many swirls (of any size) as markings. For hair if there could be streaks in it with the base matching the body base that would be amazing! Streaks of varying colors. If the inner ear could be light pink that would also be wonderful! same with the nose. and hooves.
Detailed Markings: As mentioned, swirls of varying sizes. They go all over her body (where possible) save for a small area on her chest to her belly. Colors are simply a rainbow specturm (see references)
Tail: Same as base color with a few of the markings on the less furred bit. With the fur that hangs off if that could hold a few streaks of color that would be amazing!
Horns (if any): I'll leave this up to you as well. If horns are added, could you make them look a bit like the Special Circumstance 3 ref?
Wings (if any): I'm leaving her wings out of this one.
