Jade looked over. "i want to be a beater." she said to the group. She had always loved the game of quiditch. the danger of the game, the thrill and being a beater made it all the more fun.

Lucas walked up to the fat lady, happy that he was back in Hogwarts. He told the fat lady the password, then entered the room. "It's good to be back in Hogwarts." He said with a sigh as he entered.

 Kurai walked up to the portait of the Fat Lady, "Dobby..." she said with a tired expression on her face. The Fat Lady obliged and opened the door to the gryffindor commons, seeing that Kurai seemed to exhausted to talk with her today. Once Kurai was inside she headed to the nearest couch and slumped down into it. *I never thought the library could tire me out, I used to spend all my time living there...* she thought placing an arm over her eyes and sighing deeply. She hadn't taken notice of anyone inside.

Kurai lifted her arm and looked at Rachel, "The same...listening to my parents telling me how dissapointed they are in me for being the only pure-breed of the family not in Slytherin...ectra...ectra..." she said looking at Rachel. "They threatened to disown me this year if I stayed a Gryffindor. Other than that I'm glad to be back at Hogwarts..." she said before placing her arm back over her eyes.

Kurai chuckled, "It's not sad, actually once my parents sent the howler I plan to make a game to see who can scorch it first. I've been waiting for them to disown me for 3 years now." she said hugging her back. "Gryffindor's been my home more time than my own family has I wouldn't change houses for the world."

Colette Russle
Colette ran up the steps to the Gryffindor tower, And stopped in front of the Fat lady, panting from the long way. "D....Dobby.." She panted, And the Fat Lady seeing her exhaustion, Swung open, Admitting Colette access. She climbed in, and before the door even shut behind her she had plopped onto a nearby sofa at the fireplace, clutching her leather notebook in her hands. "I've been here a year, and yet every time i get up here from the library I'm exhausted.." she said softly to herself, Letting the fireplace give her a little warmth.

 Julian wlked to the door of the commons and said"Dobby" to the fat lady.Giving a vague wave to the others,he headed to the fireplace and laid his stuff down next to an empty chair so he could sit reading.For some odd reason he kept a distance from the fireplace and not much of its warmth could reach him.
