Sesshomaru waited patiently for the miko and kitsune to arrive.
Once they did, he rose a finger to his lip as a silent jesture for them to remain quite.
He then explained in his usual soft and calm tone.

"Inuyasha needs rest, so it isn't wise to move him or wake him right now.
He's feverish and I've found that his ribs are broken.
One of them had punctured a lung and there's even a strong amount of miasma running through his veins.
Tenseiga had carefully pulled the rib from his lung, but he needs to keep holding the fang for it to help heal the puncture wound, his ribs, and expell the miasma.
Inuyasha hasn't let himself heal because he refused to allow anyone to know about his wounds, due to the simple fact that he didn't want anyone to worry.
Considering he had pushed himself so hard for so long while in this condition, he had nearly brought about his own demise."

The taiyoukai was giving Shippo a sharp look as he answered Inuyasha's inquiry.

"The noise, as you've so accuarately called it, was your kitsune.
Even though the gesture I made was clear that he should have remained quiet to prevent you from being distrubed, he began shouting his demand over why I had done this to you.
Even though I told them about the miasma in your system, he seems to fail to remember that I cannot produce that particular toxin."

Sesshomaru reacted the second Inuyasha jerked upright.
He had grabbed onto his sibling's body, though keeping in mind to be gentle because of his wounds.

"I told you that you shouldn't move, Inuyasha.
Do you believe that I was jesting when I said that you'll bring yourself unnecessary pain and risk reopening your wound?
Now, if you listen to what I tell you, you will pull through this.
However, should you choose to ignore my warnings, then you won't survive the night because of your wound tearing, the miasma spreading faster, and blood filling your lungs."

His words carried a slight bite because his hasty movement had caused him to worry.
Slowly, Sesshomaru laid Inuyasha in the fur of his tail, which curled back around him for warmth.
The taiyoukai retrieved the Tenseiga and placed it back into his siblings hands.
His grip was tight, giving some silent assurance to the hanyou.

Once more, he used the end of his tail to make sure Tenseiga stayed in his grasp.
He was not going to harm the kitsune for his blind accusation or for causing his little brother to harm himself.
Just as before, he laid his hand on Inuyasha's chest and pushed some more of his aura into his sibling's injured body to relieve the pain that was overwhelming him.
Sesshomaru then calmly lectured Shippo, as he tended to his little brother.
Right now, Inuyasha's condition took main priority.
However, that did not mean he couldn't multitask.

"Kitsune, should you raise your voice again as such and cause him to make another rash movement, you could very well be the death of him in this condition.
Had you listened to my words, you would understood that I was not responsible for his wounds.
Naraku was the one responsible and from what I gather from his condition, he had fought that cowerdly half-breed alone.
It has been five to six days that he traveled with your group, while bearing these injuries.
You should have payed attention to the miko's actions.
She had the sense to take caution with the situation and not act rashly."

He was dabbing at Inuyasha's pale skin, starting from the neck and working up towards his forehead.
This time, he left a little more water in the cloth to try and bring his stubborn fever down some more.
Sesshomaru had taken notice that because Inuyasha had moved so hastily, his fever spiked sharply in response, just as the pain had done.
The taiyoukai then asked softly,

"Inuyasha, can you hear me?"

inuyasha was so weak he couldent even open his eyes let alone reply to his comrads. all thet he cared about is that he wished the pain to end but not to end him.

"sesshomaru... "kagome said looking at the inuyoukai. "What are you doing?"
"Sesshomaru?" Shippo asked hopping over to him.

inuyasha coughed up a bit of his own blood in responce to his brother's.

"Sesshomoru will he be ok?" Sango asked. The blood was all over Inuyasha's mouth.
