japapino These are all the artists I like (or most of them)... I put them into categories that I think fit them... though some of their styles can fit into other categories... J-Pop: Utada Hikaru, Do as Infinity, Mika Nakashima, Crystal Kay, LISA, Namie Amuro, BoA, Koda Kumi, Ayumi Hamasaki, Maaya Sakamoto, MAX, Nami Tamaki, Hiro J-R&B: AI, Hinouchi Emi, DOUBLE, MINMI J-Rap: m-flo, RIP SLYME, Kick the Can Crew, Heartsdales J-Rock: Dragon Ash, L'Arc~en~Ciel, ZZ OTHER: Kayoko, KUMACHI, B@BY SOUL, Viki I don't mean to pick nits, but Dragon Ash is hip-hop. Granted, they used to be a punk band, but not so anymore. Also, what Telekitty said about Shiina Ringo goes double for me. I don't think there's nearly as much focus on her as there should be.

Thanks for all the bands. I just joined also. I heard a J-Pop band and loved it. I don't know who it was or anything..It was all hyper cute fun exciting..I just loved it. heart So I came here to find more J-Pop bands thanks alot.
