what? Alitharia thought as she was suddenly caught. dang, thig thing wasnt messing around. She took the hit and was sent tumbling, but quickly recovered. "Heh... I've taken harder hits friom little kids..." she mocked and smirked. The next thing Axel knew she alreayd had another gem in her hand, and slammed it into her hammer. Suddenly, little bolts of electricity washed all over her hammer, and with a pound to the ground, sent a shockwave of lightning.

Axel landed on the ground as a shock of lightning hit him starting at the claws and legs. He yelped as electricity passed through his body. s**t, that hurt! What the hell was he even doing here!? He tried to run, but the temporary paralysis hit him and he tumbled onto his stomach turned away from her. He growled, trying to move. The growl erupted into a lowered yowl of surrender. No more, he knew it would be hard to sound distressed in the demon's constantly aggressive tone. His arms shook as his tail whipped around.

Alitharia stopped and raised an eyebrow. "Giving up already? wow... that was too easy..." she commented with a bit of a frown, and let her hammer rest on her shoulder.
Well... this thing did want a fight... no.. it wouldn't be right to just kill it while it was still like this... hmmm. maybe a strong slam on the head would finish him off...
she wondered to herself, mulling over the possible action she coudl take.

Axel stared at Alitharia. Curse electricity, he couldn't move...seh looked like she was pondering something. P-pondering what!? s**t, I should have just stayed in the forest... His claw reached out at the cement in front of him in an attempt to drag himself away. Stupid and pointless idea, but he had to get away.

((Aww, fine. Was gonna go for a last minute block, but whatever.))
"Stop!" Setsuna jumps from atop the wall, landing and rolling to get between Alitharia and Axel, sword ready to draw in an instant. "Don't hurt him!" She takes a defensive stance. Didn't look like Axel was in any condition to try anything rash, at the moment... good. She didn't have to worry too much about his demon side attack her right away. Her eyes turn quickly back to Alitharia, her resolve clear. "Go back to your business..."

Alitharia looked at Setsuna, raising an eyebroe again. "Hey, he's the one that picked a fight... why are you defending him anyway?" she answered back not budging. Not that she was being rude, she was curious as to why this thing was out in broad daylight. "Aren't you Ian's friend?" she asked once more, letting her hammer devolve back into its gem form and she quickly pocketed it.

"That's none of your business." Setsuna clicks her sword fully back into the sheath, relaxing her stance. "Yes, I know Ian-san. What of it?" She's still guarded... this girl had attacked her friend, after all. There was a bit of hostility to be had. Setsuna looks at Axel for a moment before her eyes turn back to Alitharia. This situation wasn't good... it'd be best if Alitharia just lost interest and left, and she needs to get Axel back to the forest. Can't have him wandering around like this, after all...

Axel growled and lifted his claw over his muzzle and closed his eyes as he waited for feeling to come back to his back legs. He never picked a fight, it just looked like it. Ugh, he never liked this half of his curse. His tail tip rested by Setsuna's shoe, and he clearly wasn't going to try anything else. He grunted and drew a shadow line on the ground, small kanji for thank you to Setsuna, until the shadows of the kanji faded as he placed his claws back on his face. He'd have to apologize for the trouble when he turned back. If I could help it...if it's not violent intent at night it's boredom in the daytime. Ugh.

"Just wanted to make sure..." Alitharia answered with a shrug. "Well, since you have this handled, I guess I'll go and look for him... I needed to give him a little something..."
"Unless... you want to give it to him for me.." she then trailed off, smirking a bit at Setsuna.

Setsuna narrows her eyes a bit at the woman. "No, I'd rather not. It's your business, I'd rather not get involved. If you'll excuse me..." She turns to Axel and crouches next to her. "Hmm... I should take you back to the forest - you've got to -stay- there this time, ok?" She tries to help Axel up, to see if he can walk himself or if he'd need her to carry or support him on the way.

Axel huffed briefly in response. His back legs trembled a bit before kicking out suddenly. Giving a small grunt, he pushed himself back onto his feet, scratching his head a bit. He turned his head to Alitharia, the nseemed to give her a small apologetic nod before ducking behind the gates of the campus and leaving them to head back to teh forest. Back to teh forest...this was going to be a long day. Tomorrow too...

Alitharia shrugged again. dang... she didn't take the bait for a really good joke....
"Alright then..." she answered and looked to Axel. he... nodded to her? hmm... maybe this was something should should just leave alone for now.

Setsuna nods as the conflict disperses. Good, now that that's taken care of, she should... do... something. Free time... she's... not used to having free time. What should she do, train? Somehow, she feels like Ojou-sama would scold her for being too single-minded... So... what, then? Maybe track down a healer to get Hiryuu-sama back into shape. Perhaps the Dean would be able to direct her... but, should she really bother him about something so trivial? She... doesn't have any other leads, though.

Ayumi chuckled. "Just a thing. I can't really explain." She shrugged as she walked over to a small old looking door. It was like an entrance into some underground subway, but in this case, was the exit from the library.
