Marie landed and concentrated her arms grew back and the boils dissappered.She the pointed her wand at Spike.He was paralyzed.Her hair cracled like the fire it rezembled.She walked over to him and leaned into him ear."Remember the last time we fought like this?"Her hair flashed white she pulled away.she then picked him up and carried him to the middle of the room,were she put him down gently.She walked back a few steps and turned back.The out fit snapped and dissapated until it was back in the tattered dress.Her eyes and hair wen back to normal she then took the spell of Spike."Do your worst."She whispered in a voice that she knew only Spike could hear.

Spike enjoyed that command. He got up, the spell wearing off. He raised his wand, but hessitated. This should be better. Spike thought. He reached out with his mind to Marie's mind. He found memories of old times. But that wasn't what he was looking for. He went deeper, watching memories of when they were kids. Still not what he was looking for. he went deeper then he had ever gone before. He found it. The memories of how to use spells. Spike focused on those memories, and finally dimmed them. They wouldn't pop up in the concious mind. He went deeper than that when he was done, and found the part when Marie learned about her elf powers. Spike focused on this memory also. The memory was dimmed and wouldn't be found in the concious mind. Then he backed up a little, and found the memories of when she learned hos to fight with swords. He dimmed this memory and backed all the way out. Now Marie couldn't fight at all. "What were you saying?"

Marie tried to talk,but couldn't.She tried to get to him,but couldn't.She collapsed on the floor.All of her old wounds reopened and she bleed to death.

"HA. I won." said Spike. He reached back into the mind of his opponent, and readjusted at the memories back to normal. He leaned down, and licked the wounds that had reopened. The blood had sensitized him, but he ignored the thought of his thirst. His fangs grew longer, but he ignored it yet again. The healing saliva from his mouth had healed the wounds quicker than anything. The blood had become too much. His thirst had over taken him, and he went into his uncotrolable blood rage. His concious mind was obliterated, and the instincts kick in. He saw Lyra, his only love, and moved towards her, baring his pearly white teath, and growled. HE moved closer, ready to attack Lyra.

Marie slowly healed,an then got up."Wha-oh,shitaki,no.She did a round-the world and sent Spike sprawling.she then pinned him to the ground and grabbed a bottle of water out of some spectators hands and forced it down Spikes throat.When he drank it,he went back to normal.Marie leaned down and whispered in his ear,"You ever do that again,I will feed you to the Hippogriffs!"She then got up and stalked off to her hut.

Spike felt the water go down. Stupid idiot. That'll only work for a little bit. thought Spike. He got up and ran out so quick that it left a "Woooosh" of wind flying behind him. Why would I go for her. Becuase her blood smelled great Thought Spike. His teeth grew and and he growled yet again. His blood rage had come back in full force. Spike tried to get as far away from Lyra as possible, but the scent of her blood had drifted past his nose. Spike tried to fight, band it worked for a little bit. He needed blood quickly, but tried not to attack anybody. Soon he would destroy himself if he didn't get blood soon.

Rai then said "After you my dear" He chuckle knowing it would not be a good idea to shoot to kill so he decided to let her take the first move. He waited patiently knowing the students could learn alot from this duel.

"Very good, but not good enough!" Rai roared as his wand flew back into his hand. With quick speed he shot a stunning spell at Lilla's chest. Then Summoned a small snake.
