Moron* and its Mr. Moron to you razz lol. The attacking comment wasn't for everyone, everyone just had the option to read it. It was for the people who knew they were attacking. Everybody else who read it and it doesn't involve them should disregard it as valid towards them. and btw, Please do not call me a moron, I am many things, but a moron is not one of them.

No Mourn, as in grieve, weep, bemoan. We mourn our dead. I do not call names. Ok sometimes I do but generally only when I've finally been driven to giving up on someone. You aren't even close to driving me to giving up on you. In truth I rather like you.

And an editorial 'you' not you specifically. We mourn certain things coming to pass that we do not wish to see.

So we are agreed upon the 'editorial' you?

I'm glad to see your avatar all decked out again. I worry when I see avatars in their skivvies, makes me afraid that said person's account might have been stolen.

(Ok and sometimes I call other drivers morons when I'm out driving around, but I'm working on that. Really.)

Yeah I kinda got hacked...thats why my avi was kinda undressed. Funny enough he left what is on my avi right now (which is worth about 20k so I'm slightly suprised everything wasn't gone, but all the stuff that looked expensive was taken).
On another note, yes we agree on the editorial 'you.' and thanks, your views are very intresting to read, you have very good insite and knowledge. I'm hoping my orgional post has been helpin people think about how they're livin out their Christian lives.

I am so sorry you got hacked. You reported it, right? They might be able to get your stuff back for you if you did.

I think we all need reminders about how our behavior reflects upon our witness. I know I forget, it's so easy to get busy or distracted, or frustrated and just get a little cranky or snarly.

What really worries me though is when people link their faith to false data or false ideas. Because what happens when they come face to face with the truth? Does their faith falter? That, to me, is frightening. I much prefer that faith is based upon truth, even if that truth is that we believe because God gave us the faith through grace to believe.

Thank you very much, I tried to send you an email to send my gratitude but it said I am not on your friends list so I figured you'd get the message though here. Thanks a bunch!
Yeah I reported it, but so far they havn't gotten back to me about it. I'm hoping they do soon.
And I agree with ya, When people come face to face with the truth one of two things happens, they either embrace it, or they tend to run as far away from it as possible, and sadly, thats the majority of the population...

Oh that's right, I turned off my profile and email to anyone not on my friends list back when Gaia was being raided by the trolls. You're very welcome. It's nothing really, just a little bit to tide you over.

Exactly, you are right on target. I've seen people really have their faith shaken very badly when they discover something they believed to be true was actually not. We have to be so careful about what we give the nod to, especially with people who trust us. Because if we adamantly insist upon something, for example something that is not explicitly in the Bible, and link it to our faith, then they become damaged when we are proven incorrect.

My dad said video games were the work of the devil. I had Christian friends who said rock music was written by the devil. Neither of those things are of necessity, true. Certainly there are games and songs that purport evil but that does not make the medium evil. And insisting upon beliefs like those kinds of things drive people away from our faith, make a mockery of our faith.

haha funny thing about that [music being evil]. I just did a presentation about the Early Christian Alt-Rock and how the church thought it was to be hte work of the devil and even had public record burnings and stuff. Heyyy if its worshiping God, then how can you say its evil??? lol ya can't right? Ask your friend about that, see what they say. Cause In the bible it says to make a joyful NOISE, never said you had to sing hymms razz

Yes well the first and worst sin on the list of people like that is: thinking. I honestly had one person tell me that our intelligence was our greatest curse.

Hm... it is on some occasions. Humans are very curious, and this leads us to stray sometimes... I would not, however, label it as a curse. sweatdrop that's kind of silly.

God made us in his image, he didn't make us to be mindless animals, So no, our intelligence isn't a curse, but what we may use it for, can be.

... I wouldn't say animals are mindless. Animals have their own personalities, just as we do. Calling them mindless is... an insult. We sinned, we were mindless. Animals deserve respect, for the fact that they have something we threw away. Innocents.
