"Are you offering?" Korvo offered, with a sheepish grin as he climbed out after her, grateful for the helping hand, and ducking his head in a token of respect before sitting on the edge of the fountain to pull his soaking boots off and let them drain. Jeeze. How much water could one boot hold? And where had this guy come from? He didn't remember catching sight of him before, but then, he hadn't even noticed that they were being watched. He hadn't been paying enough attention he supposed, even though Jiri had said her fight had been watched, and that she and Edan had been taken on as apprentice afterward. A thought that made him perk up with curiosity. Was this Jedi also looking for someone to apprentice? He couldn't be -that- lucky. "Sorry. I hope we weren't in the way..." He offered, trying to think of what the most respectful way might be to find out more about the man.... and giving up a little to curiosity. "I haven't seen you before. Did I just not notice?"

Rhel offered a smile to the two, "If I'm not mistaken you are Jiri," He said looking to the girl, "And Korvo." He said then turning to the kiffar.
"I was told you already have a master Jiri, so unfortunately it is not my position to give you that lesson." He said as he sat down on the edge of the fountain with the two.
"I have been away from the temple for some time now. I just returned not long ago so no, I do not believe you would have seen me before." The Jedi replied seeming to be in no hurry, "I am Rhel Rohana, Jedi knight." He said greeting them.

"I do, Master Rohana," answered Jiri, bobbing her head in a wet approximation of a bow. "But Korvo doesn't!" she added brightly, nudging her friend. "You saw him beat me in the lesson! He'd be a great apprentice!"
She looked over at the Kiffar boy and grinned. Help me out here.

Korvo boggled at Jiri for a moment, considering that if she'd been another boy he might have considered punching her in the arm from embarrassment. Then again it was Jiri, the main reason not to punch her in the arm was that she'd probably punch back even harder. "Well...Uh." He floundered, clearing his throat. "I don't..." He admitted. Maybe she -had- let him win to set this up? "I'd uh. I'd do my best... If I got apprenticed... By. Someone." He floundered, feeling put on the spot. They didn't even know if Master Rohana was looking for an apprentice or just being friendly. "She's really tough. I'm just trying to keep up." He noted, blinking owlishly.

Rhel laughed a little bit at the younglings. They were always humorous to watch and speak with. Formalities still only forming in their mind, their childish behavior still presiding over most of their actions.
"Actually..." Rhel began, "That is the reason I am here. When I returned I learned that there was an influx of younglings, and thus a need for Jedi to take on apprentices." He explained as he stood back up from the fountain, "You, Korvo, interested me your determination led me to choose to take you on as an apprentice." He nodded his head. It seemed that the Jedi had gone seeking Korvo out anyhow, the addition of getting to watch the two's practice session was only an added bonus.

Jiri's eyesacks puffed triumphantly and she nudged Korvo forward.
"Say yes," she hissed to him. "We can be apprentices together! With different masters, but, come on! Apprentices!"

Korvo gawked for a moment, shaken out of his shock by Jiri's nudge. "You think i'd say No??" he demanded, shocked. He knew what he -thought- he was hearing but it seemed unbelievable. "I mean yessir, I mean yessir Master Rohana!"
