I don't think it's just unbalanced wheels up front. It's worse than it had been.

And it's a two piece driveshaft.

figured it out. one of the four bolts that holds the CV joint to the Transfer case yoke spun out, and the other three were loose and about 3/8ths wound out. >>

So now I have to find another bolt, replace all the u-joints in the CV joint, and probably buy a longer driveshaft because my current one is pretty stretched out. <<''

Getting Crap after work. Then putting it back together, then going for a drive.

Put $70 worth of gas in the tank, and that managed to fill it up. At 89 center a litre. >> First time it's been full since I bought the ******** and a front 2" lift, which I'll be looking into today too. Prolly a Rancho lift and new shocks. Anyone want to buy a set of 13" Rancho 5000s with about 2 months of driving on them? xp

Got 4 new bolts. $10 because they have to be high-strength. ><

$250 for longer springs, and probably that again for new shocks in the rear.

Yeah. I'm gonna see if I can't use the driveshaft out of a F-150 pickup, because it's a little longer than my current one.

But before that, I'm going to buy the new springs up front and put my old shockes in, the ones I removed because they were 3" too long. >> Then I'll beg/borrow/steal for some new ones in the back, because it bounces like a mofo when I hit a bump. Ask my buddy, he'll back me up on this one. He hit the roof when I went over a rock. sweatdrop

Otherwise It's running fine. I'm going to try and make it so I cna see out he back window again, because when I pulled the tinting off it left all the adhesive behind. >>

Heh, I beg to differ but it doesn't matter. Anyway, I'll do that on a day it's not pissing down rain.

brake cleaner is better than carb cleaner so long as you get the strong kind...they have one that wont light on fire and thats not the one you want. rofl

Haha, Yeah.

well, I scraped it all off with a razor blade. Took me about 30 minutes, and I can see now. biggrin

But there's a massive problem with my carb. You know, the rebuilt one that has 3 months on it. It flooded out my engine, and was leaking from the manifold gasket. Badly. So I'll pull it off after work tomorrow.

nawwww, those damn 1bbls like to come loose of the manifold. just try tightening the 2 mounting bolts more.

I'm about 1/8th of a turn before it breaks, I don't think that'll help matters much. I think it's the gasket, and a problem with the choke.
