"Kiliina, avoid that!" Falcon called out. The Skitty was exhauseted; but she crouched and waited until the Growlithe was close, before attempting to leap over her again. Falcon shook her head; she was just showing off now, and it cost her. The Skitty was too tired to pull if off again; and as she tried to jump over the Growlithe, her back legs were caught in the attack. She flew through the air in an uncontrolled tumble; thudding to the ground in a disorganised heap. Still, more damage was done to Kiliina's pride than to her body. Falcon called out again. "Don't give up focus, Kiliina! We still need to focus! Get in close, and use Iron Tail!" Kiliina nodded, and tried to focus less on how embaressing her tumble was. She ran close to the Growlithe with her remaining energy; and threw herself into a skidding turn when she was close enough, hardening her tail as she moved. (Dice Roll) She managed to execute the turn; but she had moved into the spin too soon. Only the bottom half of her tail was close enough to make contact. 1 Damage! Damage =

Fiera stopped, and felt the attack Kiliina had performed hit her slightly, but didn't cause as much pain.
She breathed, taking in sharp breaths of air. Turning, she faced Kiliina, and stood her ground.
Mausoleum was glad the Iron Tail hadn't done so much damage, and called out to Fiera, "Fiera, try Flame Wheel again!"
Fiera bowed her head, and took in a long breath of air while raising it back up, then letting out a large blast of fire, and like before, it took the shape of a wheel, and headed for Kiliina.

"Keep focus, Kiliina! Try and dodge that!" The Skitty mewled; she knew she couldn't, she was too close to the Growlithe. Instead, she forced her exhausted muscles into a leap; and leaped through the centre of the wheel, aiming a Tackle at the Growlithe. The fire took it's toll on her body; but leaping through the centre had meant it hadn't taken her out. She wasn't going to give up! (Dice Roll) Falcon blinked; it was a smart move! But Kiliina couldn't aim her landing well at all; and probably couldn't do much damage to the Growlithe. Damage =

Fiera fell back to the ground once hit by Kiliina, not even caring much that her attack had done some damage. She was breathing hard, and she knew that it would all be finished very soon. She then heard Mausoleum call out, "Okay, Fiera, lets try Ember again!"
Fiera nodded, took in another large inhale of fresh air, and released the small, but hopefully powerful flame, aiming for Kiliina.

"Kiliina, watch out!" But the tiny feline was too close to the Growlithe to stand any chance of avoiding it's attack; and she was sent backwards by the flame. She skidded along the grass; before lying still. Falcon ran across to her. The tiny Pokemon opened it's eyes a little; hoping for praise from Falcon. The Trainer tenderly picked up the limp body. "You did well", she told Kiliina. The Skitty's eyes reflected gratitude and pride before they closed. Falcon held her close. They had been so close... But it didn't matter. They had tried their best; and they hadn't given up. She turned to Mauser; cradling Kiliina close with one arm, she held out her hand. "Congratulations. You two worked hard for it; you make a good team." She smiled slightly. "I shall have to battle your Houndour next time; see if your bond is as strong with him as it is with Fiera."

Mausoleum quickly dashed to Fiera, who still lay there, but had her tongue flopping out, though was still clearly tired. She pat Fiera gently, and whispered, "You did very well today, Fiera." Fiera looked at her, and licked her chin, before resting her head on her paws, closing her eyes, and falling asleep. Mausoleum smiled, and pulled out Fiera's Pokeball, and withdrew her, stowing the Pokeball into her bag.
Mausoleum then looked up at Falcon, and smiled. "Another great battle. I look forward to our next one."
She then stood, brushing her knees off. "Goodbye for now. Hopefully our next battle could be soon." She then waved goodbye, turned, and started her exit out of the battle field.

Falcon watched Mausoleum walk away; before looking down at the exhausted Pokemon in her arms.
"Soon", she said softly; more to herself than to Mausoleum, who couldn't have heard her from here.
