Shepard notice the sudden change in her attiude but he shrugged it off as a "girl thing". Must be that time or something. He reached into his pocket and handed back a candy bar. " Here eat this to. We need to keep our bodies in top shape incase we run into something..." Shepard said feeling like he was being watched. He kept his hands ready to draw his swords at anytime or to blow a whole in anything that jumped out with his bluefire. If something was planning to jump them Shepard would make them regret it.

Harumi clutched the bottle carefully, since he didn't ask for it back. She guessed she could just hold it for him. Her eyes returned to the ground as she focused on not falling on her face, then lifted again as he handed her something else. She reached out and took it too, finding it was a candy bar. "...alright, thanks," she said again, but this time didn't eat it right away. She guessed she could save it for when she really needed it. For now, she felt fine, except for the small scratches on her legs, but she could heal those up later easily enough. She suddenly looked up, something catching her eye. She hopped forward, tugging on Shepard's sleeve and pointing past him. "Hey, hey! What's that?" Something was glistening lightly in the sunlight up ahead, something metal.

Shepard ran up to the metal thing. " Its a hatch. Looks old..." Shepard said examining the the object. He went to go and the wheel but the wheel refused to move. " Hmm....might be rusted shut" Shepard said before holding out his hand. A steady ray of bluefire came out and started to melt the hatch open. After a few minutes there was a big enough hole to go in through. " Shepard looked in and saw a rusty ladder. " i'm going in. Come on. Gordon might be down here" Shepard said going into the hole and starting to climb down the ladder.

Harumi followed quickly after him, peering curiously towards it. What was a metal hatch doing in the middle of a jungle? She looked around uncertainly, then took a small step back as Shepard began melting it. But her eyes widened lightly, watching in slight awe as he went about creating a hole and a way for them to enter. It seemed kind of dangerous to her, actually, but if they were going in to help someone he knew, she guessed she'd still come along. Especially because he'd speficially told her 'come on'. If he hadn't, she probably would've felt unneeded and gone on her way. But now she was going to follow him despite her unease at the idea. "...ok," she nodded. She watched and waited until he was a little ways down, and then started descending the ladder as well, trying to move slow so she wouldn't step on his hand or something.

Ruben had stumbled around all night and most of the next day as he looked for Mizuki. He had eventually come to the conclusion that she had in fack been kidnapped because he heard a few other people talking about other people missing as well. What worried him though most was what they were being kidnapped for and he really hoped it wasn't anything bad. He wasn't sure if she was alright right now and he wasn't even fully sure if he was supposed to be the one to save her but he right now believed that he should try his hardest to get Mizuki back on the boat...with him. Either way he had ended up in the jungle after thoughly seaching the beach and hoping strongly that she was still on the island with other people. If she was all alone...he sighed he didn't want to think about that really so he just speed up instead. The jungle was pretty confusing though and he regreted not bringing anything helpfu with him like a compass or something. He didn't even have a weapon so he was kind of hoping that someone else was looking for other people as well. He'd do the best he could with what he had though, after all he had a few select powers that he could use.
[HEY. xD What powers does Rammy have again? DDD; -goes to see- can he send her like a message through her mind? D: and dissapear in the darkness? xD]

Sei was still roaming around in his black pajamas, sleeveless shirt, and pair of shoes, still not having taken the time to change. He was too nervous. Where had Mel gone?! He'd searched everywhere, and even convinced the captain of the ship to make an announcement for her to meet him on deck. He didn't care if she got mad at him for doing something like that, he'd just wanted to her come. But she hadn't, so she obviously wasn't on the ship. He'd then run off to the island and searched everywhere he could think of. Eventually, he'd realized the only place left was the forest. "...now why would you go in there?" he mumbled nervously, trying not to think of the kidnapping rumors he'd heard so far. She wouldn't let herself be caught, would she? No... she probably would. He sighed heavily and started into the trees. He went at a swift pace, hurrying deeper and deeper in and wishing he knew where he was going. He was subconsciously following a feeling he had though, without even realizing it. Pretty soon, he saw a figure moving up ahead of him and stopped, then sprinted towards them. "Hey, who's there?!"

Ruben turned around as he turned a little and saw another guy approching "Hey..." he said as he gave a light wave. He approched him slightly but didn't really move much, rather not the type to take a step back from something he was doing. "My name's Ruben Sajatori, I'm trying to find my friend Mizuki...I think she's been kidnapped" he said and suddenly hoped that the male in front of him wasn't the one to do it. He doubted it though, the guy didn't look really professional or anything so maybe he was just looking for someone too. "What are you doing here? Did you loose someone too?" he asked as he stood his full height for a moment. Then he realized that Mizuki might know something of where she was, and afterall he had powers to get to her sort of anyway. Mizuki.....Mizu-chan....can you hear me?... he called out in his mind thinking of a direct image of Mizuki so that he connect with her mind. I'm trying to find you....are you alright...? he thought again as he showed worry on his face that she wouldn't get to see at the moment. He really wasn't sure how he was going to find her though and it worried him quite a bit.

Sei moved forward, suddenly on guard. That is, until he heard the guy's words. He blinked, then slowly nodded his head. "Yeah..." He looked around himself, then sighed and hung his head. "Do you also think they're somewhere in here? I'd guess they were taken by the same people, so probably to the same place." He ran a hand through his hair, looking frustrated. He didn't know what to expect though, nor where to really go. He took a few steps past Ruben, muttering distractedly as he went. "Oh, I'm Sei.." He looked around a bit, then turned to face the guy once more, not really paying any attention to his horns. He really wasn't in the right mind set to notice them right now. He was too worried. "I really need a cell phone," he mumbled quietly, wondering if Mel had hers or if the kidnappers would've taken it away. He started to go again, expecting to hear footsteps of the guy following. But he didn't, and he turned angrily. "What are you doing? We-" But he cut off. What was he doing?

Ruben kept his eyes closed so that he could focus on only the image of Mizuki and keep their minds fully connected. He was glad that she was able to hear him but kept his thoughts out as he saw something that Mizuki was seeing. Appearently she was able to see people's past experiences, that may have been what happened before when she randomly burst into tears. His eyes widened slightly as he saw the kid's parents being visiously murdered in front of his eyes. What mostly freaked him out though was that the mansion was probably full of those things and Mizuki and the others were there, to be food for the monsters. When she was done, he could tell that was was probably crying "Mizuki...." he said aloud as he frowned, wishing that he could already be there to comfort her. Its okay Mizu-chan, I'll be there, I promise that you'll be safe again soon. I know that I will be able to find you but just give me some more time, do what he wants you to till I can get there, and just contact me through here if you need to say something. he thought softly before turning his attention back to a confused Sei. "Sorry, I was talking to my friend, Mizuki through telepathy. Anyway, appearnetly she's seperate from the others, but the others are going to be food for the monsters that are around that area." he paused as he pulled out an old cellphone and handed it to Sei, hearing his want to use the phone. "She probably still has it, so give her a call, we'll continue looking though" he said as he started walking agian at a quicker pace.

Sei watched him quietly, not really sure what was going on. He heard him say a name and quickly recalled that it was the name of the friend who'd been taken. Was he talking to her somehow? He bit his lip as he rocked impatiently in place, but kept silent. Maybe she could tell them where to go? Because of this, he kept himself from just running off and going ahead. But when he finally got a reply, his eyes widened and he looked almost frantic. "Food?!" he shouted. He'd never seen Mel fight before! Would she be alright? She should be with the others, right? So hopefully she was ok... "Ugh.. damn it," he muttered, and reached out to take the phone, wishing he had his own. Right after this trip, he'd go buy one, definitely. He quickly dailed the number, thanking god he hadn't forgotten, and held it to his ear as he followed hastily after Ruben. He vaguely wondered what the guy could do. Telepathy wouldn't be useful for fighting off monsters.

A minute later, Sei stopped dead in his tracks, then suddenly started moving again. "Mel?!" he practically shouted into the receiver. But he forced himself to be quiet and listen when she started talking. He was shocked, to be honest, by her almost pleasant tone. But, she was probably trying to keep him from worrying. He listened nervously, wincing lightly as she confirmed the risk of monsters. "....alright," he mumbled, furious that he coudn't do anything and had allowed this to happen. "Just stay out of their reach, okay? Don't wander away from the others. I'm on my way!"

Ruben kept walking, his pace increasing greatly to a sort of run, he just wanted to make sure he got there fast and was able to keep his stregnth in top shape. He listened for a moment as the guy, Sei, talked to his girlfriend, he seemed slightly relifed was good enough, he himself though would have to part from him to find Mizuki. He wondered why she was the one choosen to go to a different area, it wasn't really fair. He would be much more relived if she was with the others, there she would be in a group and much safer than alone he thought with a frown. It was a bit longer, but he caught a slight glimmer ahead of them and speed up to see a sort of hatch or something there. Appearently the last people to go inside weren't able to get in because there was a large hole through it. He shrugged, it didn't really matter now, they were going to have to go through probably to get to Mizuki and his girl. He wasn't quite sure but he just felt like this was where they should go, he glanced around but saw nothing else really around them. "You ready?" he asked Sei but didn't wait long for a response as he hopped down, his feet landing on the ladder before he started a long desent into the mysterious area.
