I think it is good having two seperate levels od roleplays, but it may be a good idea to change those subforums to guild/member RPs. To maintain the level of the roleplays though, we could set up a labeling system to be in the title for member and guild RPs.
Ex: John Doe's Tavern (A)
Jane Doe's Tavern (E)
(A) = Adept
(E) = Elite
To make sure members understand the new set-up and goings on of the guild, we could do introduction stickies to debrief each subforum, post/forum requirements, and what changes have occured. We could also do a sort of announcement sticky for the Large Weekly Guild Roleplay that he introduced in order to ensure members know the current theme, rules, etc.
