That's kinda cool, and he did dabble a bit in German with that album. Which means your theory isn't too totally far off. I don't know that he would have put the German six six six disguised as sex sex sex in his song, though: Manson gets into a lot of different underlying meanings, but I think that's a little too far.
I wouldn't underestimate how eccentric one can become doing and experiencing the things he's done. I do agree it's not that far off, though.
Oh yeah. But I've seen this once before where someone gets so into finding all the neat little details of a song that they go
too deeply into its meaning and find that what they've delved into really isn't anything at all.
It's not a bad thing, really, so long as you notice it when you do and don't keep going: kinda like finding twenty double meanings in a song that was only meant to have seven. Still, it's always difficult to know when you're right on the dubloons or you've gone too far, because no one really knows what the artist was thinking.
I didn't mean to say/imply that it Manson gave it that double meaning, just that i did. Or in other words that's what the song says to me.
Also I have an interpretation of what Manson's album sequence means.
PoaAF = Manson's childhood
ACSS & MA & HW = Time spent with as Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids/setting of the stage for Marilyn Manson's performance
GAoG = The performance
LWF = Encore
EM,DM = Tragedy behind stage
And you are right we never really know what the artist is thinking until we get to meet and ask him.
