pretty much yeah. And be sure to drink a LOT of water. Stay away from sodas and really sugary drinks. They will only were-you down.

If you bring a bag that has a side pocket you know they won't check...sneak in some of those propel water packets for your water bottles...they're made by gatorade. Helps if you're feeling dehydrated. I did this for the stop I just went to and plan on doing it when I battle the sun in Marysville.

yeahhh
when i went i brung a backpack [very useful but i wish it wouldve been a little smaller]
i brought atleast 4 bottles of water and they made me throw away some of them because
"you cant have four bottles just for yourself and blah blah and you need to take off the caps"
luckily im sneakey and got away with two bottles with the caps but i winded up buying another bottle anyway
AND IF YOUR PLANNING ON BEING THERE ALL DAY LONG 1: like they said bring good sunscreen and apply continually
2: sneak in some food, seriously the last thing you want to do is pay for some ripp off concession junk when you could be buying kool merch. i brought snack stuff and they didnt check that pocket and i ate just a little bit of it during warped
but if i hadnt of eaten i think i wouldve died. really i was starving and after warped me and my friends ate the rest of it. there was nothing left when we got home.
and look at the SPF label on your sunscreen please be smart unlike me who was using SPF 4 for like half the day and got burned...

I've never had anything stolen from a bag and I've been going for years...I just keep my camera somewhere safe just in case.
I don't know about water size...I just bring in a regular sized bottle and re-fill it at the foutain. It's not gonna stay cold forever and water is water as long as it's decently clean razz
I usually get sports sunscreen as most of it's water proof and you'll sweat a lot during the day. Copeprtone makes good ones with decent SPF.
---
For autographs...since I just put this in another thread I thought I would put it here too...
Typically if I want a cd sign I just take the inserts I want signed. Cd's can get bulky and are breakable so it prevents me carrying a lot of extra stuff I won't even use and my cds or their cases won't break.
Typically you wouldn't want cd signed with a sharpie anyway. After a while, it could be a long while unless your sharpie is a cd safe one, it can actually end up eating through the cd.

Eat right before you get to the venue so you don't have to pay an insane amount of money on food. If you do decide to eat there don't eat alot...it's not a good feeling when you're in blazing heat, sweating, and walking around with a stomach full of food =/
Oh and wait till towards the end of the day (around 6-ish) to buy merch so you don't have to carry it around all day. Just don't wait till like 8 or 9 because they start packing the merch tents around that time.

I've heard that you might want to bring a few extra sharpies because some of the bands steal your sharpies. I find that kind of funny. And remember not to wear very dark clothes (which I'll probably end up doing because I'm just an idiot like that) because they sort of draw in the suns rays so you get even hotter.

Hmm, yes yes. All very good suggestions. Water, snack and sunscreen.
I plan on taking my Hellsing or maybe my AFI messenger bag. And pack my sport - water proof sunscreen spf stuff. I have this lip balm that protects tattoos pretty well, remember that one time we 'walked' a good five miles from the movies that one day Raven-Neko (is talking to Blaice)? And my new (at the time) winged-heart tattoo didn't get burned, but the skin around it got all red. Heh. Its cus I used my lip balm on it. *pose*
I do plan on getting a hair cut before the event, and saving up my monehys for all of July for merch hehe.

That kinda sucks Kippu. At least you got your water back, eh?
But, all in all. If you have any concerns, get the number/email of the place the event is being held and ask them some questions.
Key questions to ask are:
Are cameras allowed?
Can I bring a bag?
Can I bring my own unopened water bottles?
What is not allowed at the venue?
ask them those questions and you should be fine. All in all, go in a group of close friends and try not to get lost. Also if its going to be hot, be sure to protect your skin!
