Ryu silently shook his head, they were both being fools, allowing themselves to be distracted by one another when they hand more important things to tend to. He realized that by doing what he was about to do, he was being a hypocrite, but he felt a good exercise, and his part, might get these two to return to more pressing matters. Suddenly a Kunai flew from high in the trees and landed before the Knight, when it hit the poison on the kunai began to spread a bubbling blackness before the Knight. Once more he does his voice projection to both, to the archer he sends "I shall partly side with you for now, if only so as to help you return to a more important task." To the knight he sends "your hearing must be checked, I'm not projecting to your mind, just sending whispered words through the shadows. Now, unless you'd care to find out what my venom feels like, I suggest you return to your task, I will preoccupy your current sparring partner while you attent to the thief." He continued to watch them from yet again a new location, for he knew not to remain in one spot after throwing a weapon.

Loche's eyes dashed back and forth. Between the two of these people it was likely that they would side with eatch other and attack him. He could take one on, but two would be too mutch of an adversary.
He sheithed his sword and looked over at the archer his face still hidden under his helmet. "Well rebel. Looks like you have a savoir." He leaped downward, kicking up more cloads of dust as he hit the ground. He mounted up on his horse and began to to continue his search for the fugitive toward the west. "But If I ever see you again, I will have to take you into custody." His voice became rough and frustrated. "And your friend too." He shrugged and rode out of view, tracing the footsteps of a murderer and theif to the west kingdom.

She watched the knight go with a scowl, visibly spreading across her face. I'd like to see him try. She shifted her hat to make sure her horns was hidden before leaping from branch to branch down and landing back near her kill. Luckily none of the beasts had deemed it safe to try and still the corpse with a tree being sliced by the man. She tilted her head up and held on to her hat scanning the tree line. "...Are you going to show yourself yet interloper?"

Ryu's voice came from behind, only this time he actually was behind her, about three feet behind her, his voice calm as ever "Why are you calling to the trees, is a friend of your's there?" His was in a relaxed stance, clearly he wasn't looking to provoke a fight like the knight did "I must say I find the disciple of authority figures here quite lacking to be so distracted by one that had done nothing to them, tell me are they all like that, if so, I might have an easier job then I first thought."

She let out an aggitated sigh knowing this time he was there. She could sense it. Not even answering him, she went to tieing the deer's corpse rodeo style. Attacking the rope to an end of her bow, she hoisted the deer over one shoulder almost too easily. "...I'd say thanks but, I had it under control."
Her pride was still stinging from whomever this person's smart comments. "What do you want here?" She moved a hand to habitually adjust her hat.

Ryu watches her a moment, then answers, "Here precisely, nothing, I was merely passing by on my way to a mission, I saw the fugative in question as I went by, then I saw you and the knight arguing, I reasoned the knight was after the man, and in seeing there was a dead dear and you having a bow, I could only conclude you were in the midst of a hunt. From my point of view, you two were engaging in a point conflict, so I saw fit to aid you two in seeing to your respectve tasks." He looks in the direction the knight went and says "tell me, what exactly is the state of affairs in this land." He looks to her" for a knight to attack one that is merely hunting, wild game, I should think such is a fruitless labor."

She rolled her eyes, not responding well too his long winded explanation. "Cut it shorter and more to the point next time." Looking towards the direction the knight was headed, she spat at the ground. "The state of things? The state of things is this: "We have a tyrant for a king, I live in this forest, exiles show up, and I help them. End of story." She adjusted the bow she had tied the dear to, before grumbling under her breath about "how stupid some men were".
"Well, I'll be going then if you don't mind." She brought a hand up to her hat and kept it held to her head as she slightly nodded towards him before looking up at the sky and turning to her left slightly before heading off.

Ryu smirked from under his face covering " I shall make a point to do so from now on." He glanced around for a moment, then decided to chance something and asked "Mind if I accompany you, I may find myself utilizing this forest for my own needs and a native guide would help?"

She frowned. "Utilize? ...And for what purpose would that be?" No one "utilizes" a forest for something small and no one would be doing that to her old man's forest if she had anything to say about it. Watching him with untrusting eyes now, she waited for his reply.

He caugght the look and gave a small nod to himself, he figured she'd misinterprited what he ment "I mean as in a place to reside, to train, I came from a village hidden within a dense forest, so I'm more accustomed to woodlands then cities for a place to live." He looked around and for a moment, one might get the feeling he was being nostalgic "and this place, though different, has a familiar feel to it." He looked to her, hoping that very true statement of his, would put her at ease.

"Ah." She nodded. "I see." Thinking it over she finally let out a breath before nodding to him once more. "I have a small hidden village... mostly refuges from the king, others just outcasts." She shifted the weight of the deer and looked him dead in the eyes.
"I can show you there, but make no mistake: this isn't your forest, it's far too different from the ones you speak of." She crouched grabbing a pebble and tossed it sideways, suddenly it was snatched out of the air and into the shadows.
"It's a dangerous place, but if you betray my trust you will have far worse things to worry about than the wildlife." Ending her small and rather blunt speaking with him, she motioned for him to follow. "It's this way. Just follow me."

Ryu watched and noted her display, then looked to her and gave a nod " lead the way." He quietly followed behind her, clearly he was trained to be a spy and assassin by the lacking sound of footsteps from him.

Walking along, she didn't say anything. Checking up at the sky every now and then, she would nod to herself before continuing. Noticing the apparent lack of sound coming from him, she matched his step immdediately letting the strange silence to invade their path. Even the wind seemed still in this are of the forest.
Looking back only once, she quietly told him. "We're almost there. Do nothing to harm, scare, or otherwise intimidate the people." She still was far from trusting him, but she had the forest on her side. This deep in, some could never find their way out.

Though he seemed to be watching her the whole time, he had in fact being taking in every detail of their path as they went along. When she spoke to him he gave a nod and said" I promise not to intentionally harm, scare, or intimidate any one, I will only harm if attacked, and scare or intimidate in a completely unintentional manner."
He could tell she was still suspicious of him, and it didn't bother him in the least, rather, he seemd quite ok with it. He knew if she was suspicious of him, then he could expect her to attack him if she felt the need to do so. Truely he was calm, one might even dare to say at ease, but that didn't mean he'd let his guard down, at the slightest inclination of her wishing to attack him, he'd have a kunai and some shuriken at the ready with but a flick of the wrist.

She didn't enjoy his answer, but she didn't voice it. Walking into a village, she whistled three quick notes. Suddenly other people, men and women with their own bows showed up. Turning to look at him she grabbed the attention of one of the men with a scar over his right eye and spoke in a language that sounded almost made up. The man only nodded before looking towards Ryu.
Finally finishing her breif speaking with the people, she handed the deer off to two of the others. In a manner of minutes it would be cleaned and on a smoking rack, but for now they nodded carrying it off towards the area they normally did this in.
