I have a silly question. Is it possible for the tube on the PPP to be too long? Or am I just being silly?

Oh they make it with extra tube...just cut it down to the right size for you then put the medicine spoon part back on about half way.

How about do this!

Grab a marker, or pen...put the packer on or hold it against you with one hand, and pinch where the tube is at your uh...

Put the medicine spoon thing back on, and try it out (make sure the spoon is pushed against the back wall of your hoodeedeehoo to create a vacuume. If you feel that the tube should be shorter then cut it a little at a time untill it feels right.

Seriously though, flaccid penises are smaller and a packer won't be a soft and pliable as skin. You'll look like you have a hard on at all times if you get one that's bigger than it needs to be and in some places, you can actually get in trouble. It's considered indecent exposure and it's an arrestable offense. (Giving the cops any reason to pick on you isn't a good idea.)
