Sorry I'm not up to date with TRC. Just saw the first season, gave up the anime.
And I'm up to volume 12. I'm not devoted as I was anymore. emo
The anime killed me.

I want to read scanaltions of it now. gonk
I watched the first episode of the anime and hated it.
I'd prefer to remain ignorant of it's existance.
But I love the manga!
So Vic thinks Fai is straight b/c of Chii. Psh, give me a break.
There was nothing b/w them, Fai was just her creator and Chii was just his loyal creation.

Secondly, you are completely misinformed if you heard that I refused to give an autograph to a girl wearing a yaoi shirt. THAT IS FALSE. I am quite sure that what actually happened was that she asked me to sign some yoai or hentai product. I said I would not be comfortable signing it, that I was sorry, but I would be happy to sign something else. I have NEVER refused any fan an autograph for any reason. EVER.
Thirdly, I have never tried to "christianize" FMA. All I have ever said is that I believe there are tons of spiritual and moral lessons to be learned in that show, and that Ed is more bitter and angry about what happened to him than conscienciously athiestic. THAT IS MY OPINION. I am entitled to it just as much as you are yours.
As a fellow Christian, you must know that God expects us to take a stand about certain things. They are not always popular stands. I go out of my way over and over to make a connection with fans on many levels. Everyone knows this about me. I'm sorry you think I am rude and hypocritical....but then....that's judgemental on your part isnt it? Doesnt that make you guilty of exactly what you accuse me of?

I'm glad Vic straightened some things out. As for the Fai deal, I like Tsubasa, but I don't really...follow it, so I'm not too concerned about it. But if he's saying he's straight when there is apparently a bunch of evidence stating otherwise, then yeah, there's a problem and I disagree with him doing that.

.it’s a dangerous game. ]Besides there being a lot of hard evidence to prove that Vic is incorrect in his assumptions about Fai, there is also the fact that CLAMP themselves have shed some interesting light on the relationship, in favor of it being romantic. I honestly could care less at this point what he says about FMA. I'm used to it and as much as I love FMA, and I really, really do, I don't have the personal and emotional attachment to it that I do to all CLAMP works. It was a CLAMP work that got me into anime and manga and it's CLAMP works that are keeping me interested. To see one of my favorite characters from them being twisted, in the canon context of the series, it makes me upset. As a slash fan, I have no problem with people wanting to portray him differently outside of canon because I'll always have the original manga to turn to. But with the anime, they tried to remove most of the KuroFai implications to make it more kid friendly and now Vic is going around preaching that Fai is straight, which can be easily proven false just by flipping through the manga. It's the way he'll influence the new fans that annoys me. He doesn't know what he's talking about and I feel that he should learn more about the series, about Fai, and about CLAMP in general before he goes around saying KuroFai is all in the fans heads because... it's not. :/
