She stopped near a river, panting. She jumped to the ground, landing lightly before crossing, going across the few stones that formed a bridge across the rapids of the river. She slippedo nce but caught herself before jumping to the opposite shore and running away, wondering if she could get away from them. She heard shouts, they had apparently reached the river and were wonering how to get across. She only knew about the rocks because of being here so often before and could find her way across them, even without light, not that lack of light effected her vision.

Ilrune resolved to be an unseen follower and helper for the girl, but only until these other pursuers were lost. They were acting too much like a mob for her to trust anything that they had to say. She jumped onto a higher limb of a tree over the river, and jumped most of the way across. She was taller than the river was here, and so easily climbed out the rest of the way before running on four legs to get a little ahead of where the girl seemed to be going.

She stopped in a clearing not far from the cave where she'd been staying. She had taken a very roundabout route here, not wanting to have to leave this place as well. She sat down on a large rock near the center, unaware that someone else was here as well. She heard nothing unusual, and looked longingly towards the sky, pulling her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around them.

Ilrune walked into the clearing obviously enough, attempting to show that she wasn't here as a threat. She waited for this one to speak before she would say anything herself.

She shifted to where she was looking at the werewolf and her legs were folded beside her, partially sitting on one leg. "Are you with them?" she asked quietly in the light and almost musical voice of the elves.

"Which them do you mean? The mob? I'm more likely to be chased by that sort," she said. There was a slight, strange accent to her voice, from staying with werewolves for a very long time, but it was more like an overly clear form of speech than a less clear one.

"True enough. To be honest I was mostly curious as to why they wanted you to begin with..." She made a small approach, but not enough to be threatening or hostile in any way.

"I'm part Drow. Apparently, I'm the scout for some raiding party that's after their village." she said with a sigh. "The only way to prevent the Drow from massacring their village is to kill the scout sent to find a village to ransack. Or so they claim." she added.

"What exaclty was it like, actually knowing your goddess? Eilistrae granted me spells, but I doubt she favored me." she asked, moving to the side of the rock and motioning for the werewolf to sit.

She went over and sat down, and then spoke. "They have large amounts of information about the past, present, and even future, but they don't even collectively know everything... Else there might have been some warning."
