"i just don't want useless fights in town" i jump off the table, and the bagon walks up to my leg "what should i name you?..." I walk away.

"Heh" the words came out of his mouth without him noticeing; he decided to leave the sight. No good would come of this, he didn't want another run in with Jenny.

Its been quite a while from the last time they got some air. Were the words raceing though Tatchi's mind. Without hesiatation, he threw, in tandam, both of his new pokemon: Levi and Jason, a bulbasar, and a hitmonlee, respectively.

They seemed to enjoy the fresh air, the soft breeze caught a leaf pedal from Levi, carring it in the updraft, soft circles surrounded him, each leaf softly soaring. Jason found himself trying to catch them, it was enjoyable to watch them. With some time passing by, Tatchi decide that it was effecent and returned them, Levi insisted that he walk; they both contuined down the road.

Angel laughed a little, then got quiet, thinking. "...So what happens now? I found the golden ball, but you were cheating. Who gets coins?" Angel asked. One of her hands slowly slithered over to her coins on the table and covered them. Her other hand placed Angel's bag on the ground and tucked Flyer's pokeball in a special compartment in her bag.

I walk to the edge of town. I turn around and say a silent goodbye. Kyndra climbs up into my backpack and sits there as i walk out of town.

Mercedes laughed a little too loudly, a nervous sort of noise. Of course she wanted the money... but Angel seemed rather protective of it, and it seemed doubtful that even Mercedes' charm and wit would convince the girl otherwise.

"Well, ah, you did find the ball, technically, so..." She trailed off, then put on a smile, bowing graciously. "So I guess that means you win!" Ebe snorted, giving her trainer a light static zap on the arm, Mercedes retaliating with a haughty glare at her pokemon.

"And it wasn't cheating. I was just evening the odds," she informed Angel in a curt tone, sounding absolutely, genuinely serious. She didn't really think that she had been cheating. Or if she had been, that cheating wasn't such a bad thing.

"If I made it impossible, however did you manage to win?" Mercedes asked, seeming taken aback that Angel was reacting with resentment. Why should she act so grumpy? She was getting her coins back, after all! Mercedes stared at the girl's outstretched hand for a moment or two before realizing what it was that she was asking for. It had been so long since she had lost, that she had entirely forgotten about that part of the deal. She looked as though she was about to protest this added insult, but Ebe gave her another warning zap, so she only muttered darkly for a few moments as she dug through her pockets for the coins.

"A magician never reveals her secrets," she said to Angel, forgetting it almost as soon as she had said it, for she continued, "It doesn't matter what cup the ball is in, since it never actually stays there. Sometimes up a sleeve, into the lap, onto the floor... wherever you won't see it, really. Helps when there's a static charge from an electric pokemon, too--just strap a magnet to your elbows and it'll come right back to you." Ebe grumbled--how dare Mercedes try to pin this on her!

With a sigh, she dropped five coins into Angel's palm. She did brighten at the prospect on introducing herself, however. "I, of course, am Lady Mercedes Luck, traveling trainer, magician, wise-woman, seer, and quite a few other very mysterious and amazing things; known for my wit, charm, and beauty all across the land." She grinned at Angel, doing a wiggly sort of thing with one of her hands in the air; perhaps she meant it to look mystical and mysterious, but it only managed to look sort of silly.

"And this, of course, is my lovely assistant Ebe. We are delighted to make your acquaintance." With her usual dramatic flair, she bowed low to Angel, offering her hand to shake. Of course, she had her eyes on the coins in Angel's hand; it wouldn't be unlike Mercedes to try and steal the very coins she had just given away. "And who might you be, fair miss?"
