If you loved that one you will like this one, this is not the Army jodies, more like the Air Force, (don't take it personal if you are in the AFROTC)
They say that in the Air Force, the chicken's mighty fine One jumped off the table and started marking time
Refrain: Oh, Lord I wanna go But they won't let me go (group ends this line with home, stretched out over 8 paces, and a "Hey" on the right foot to end the refrain)
They say that in the Air Force, the pay is mighty fine They give you a hundred dollars and take back ninety-nine
They say that in the Air Force, the coffee's mighty fine It looks like muddy water, and tastes like turpentine
They say that in the Air Force, the biscuits are mighty fine One rolled off the table and killed a friend of mine
They say that in the Air Force, the meat is mighty fine Last night we had ten puppies, this morning only nine
They say that in the Air Force, the shoes are mighty fine You ask for size eleven, they give you size nine
They say that in the Air Force, the pancakes are mighty fine You can try to chew them, but you're only wasting time
They say that in the Air Force, the bed's are mighty fine But how the heck would I know, I've never slept in mine
They say that in the Air Force, the mail is so great Today I got a letter dated 1948
They say that in the Air Force, the hours are just right Start early in the morning and work on through the night
They say that in the Air Force, the buses are mighty fine One went round the corner, and left three wheels behind
They say that in the Air Force, the coffee's mighty fine It's good for cuts and bruises and tastes like iodine
They say that in the Air Force, the toilets are mighty fine You flush them up at seven, they come back up at nine.
They say that in the Air Force, the tents are waterproof You wake up in the morning and you're floating on the roof.

They Told Me in The Air Force (above) is one of the best jodies in existence. I was in an SUV full of cadets on the way to a military ball Sat. night, and I called that one almost the whole way there. 6 cadets in full dress and bow ties... singing jodies all the way to the front door of the dining hall. It was a good night. Got a few phone numbers, too... but that's irrelevant.

We take out the words Air Force, and put in Army. We also have this verse. They say that in the Army, The chicks are mighty fine. One jumped on my table and started making time.

For AF, it goes:
"They told me in the Air Force the girls are mighty fine They promised me Bo Derek, but gave me Frankenstein."
It makes more sense to me, b/c the whole jody is meant to say that the military sucks. Having girls dance on your table... doesn't suck.

Well... there's that. But then, my gf is getting ready to enlist, so I'm not allowed to say that anymore. LOL. There's one hottie going in, then. But out of how many...
And how have you not been beaten down by the female component of this corps?

Hey commander, can't you see? A little PT is nothing to me
I used to sit at home all day I let my life just waste away And then one day a man in blue
Said, Girl, I've got the job for you A free room and board with paid-up boots And a brand-new tailored business suit
There's travel and adventure and loads of fun You'll even learn to shoot a gun Free medical and dental benefits And lightweight aliminum campaign kits
I'm glad he convinced me to keep your body Eight hours' sleep each night Believe me, girl, he said with a grin, Sign these papers and I'll get you right in And I got on the bus he winked his eye I never knew a man could be so sly
I'm not complaining, don't get me wrong I've enjoyed myself, growing big and strong But two things the recruiter didn't promise me. A world war starting And a cup of tea
Oh yeah, here we go
