You want to be exactly like one of your instructors
Your dating pool only includes fellow cadets
You are disciplined for "fraternizing" with said cadets
You invent new jodies walking the halls with your ROTC friends
You ever went to an ROTC function and picked up a date.
(All of the preceding apply to me.)

You get upset because your Ag415 isn't tight enough. (Or whatever you call your shirt)
You set aside a space in your closet with more than 30 inches between your civis and your uniform.
You sing MC.Donalds massacre in the hallway with your Co.
You apply lessons you learn from Land navigation, and PT to paintball.
(I have done all of those)

I got one! When you use the word 'deflicted' all the time instead of messed up or broken or whatever. (The 1st Sergant called everyone deflicted if they were doing something stupid.)

Your non-ROTC friends think you haven't showered because the shoe polish stains on your fingernails.
You like MREs.
You say head instead of toilet and say swab instead of mop. (Navy)
You introduce yourself by your last name.
You know how to command a platoon throughout your school...blindfolded.
Your ROTC dress shoes are comfortable to you.
You miss wearing your uniform when uniform day is moved.
You know yours and your friends decorations....in order.
^^^Some of my personal ones.

i got some more
You get in peoples faces for just saying the word cadorks. You talk to your commandant outside of class or even when school's out and still call him/her by their rank or ma'am/sir. Your favorite kinda music is the jodies u know. You know the recruiters for the military well enough to just walk in their station and sit down w/o being asked to join.
all of these i do alot like i'll walk by the recruiting station walk in and sit down and just chill

I have had lunch in all of their offices, and one of them occasionally drops by to chill with me... although that's probably because I've contracted to join his Air Force, but still cool.

Return_of_Watanuki-san To add to this: You iron military creases into your jeans You say "Aye Aye ma'am" when your science teacher asks you to take out your homework (or sir, depening on your teacher's gender. Most obviously) You give long lectures to anyone who calls your cover a "hat" and then put them on your "hit list" You refer to your family as a "platoon" (or flight or whatever) and your mother/father as the "Platoon Commander" You participate in guilds like this. You recite your general orders and the chain of command in your sleep Isn't that ttrue. I think I've chewed out my friends enough for calling my cover a "hat" numerous times...and my team cord a "shiny rope..."

Whenever you wear a shirt with buttons and belt, they always have to be lined up, even if it isn't your uniform.
If someone calls you by your first name, you don't answer.
If you stand at parade rest while waiting in a line.
After attending an ROTC trip to Parris Island, you make your bed with military perfectionism for at least three months.
{I don't know the words for anything but navy and marine} You daily call the water fountain a scuttlebutt, the toilet a head, a floor the deck, and wall a bulkhead, and a door a hatch.
Whenever a school bell rings at the beginning of a class, you stand by your desk at parade rest, waiting to be called to attention and seats so the teacher can take muster. (No matter what class it really is)
