Korso listened.The words Master Rin had spoke had made sence to him.His attension was now completely focused on the trial and had a feeling something was trying to push him."Masters if I may cut in I think what I have ties into what Master Rin is saying.Before the attack I was in a solitary state and my actions lead me to the Abanded wreakage of a old Sith Fleet.After locating the command ship I did a thorogh search and retrieved some alarming data.A Sith had been there recently taring through everything till the Sith found what it was looking for I believe it is related with Darth Belial some how....

Nick Skywalker has any of the other Sith been interested in Darth Belial's Armada?Or has anyone of them gone missing before the attack on Courscant or the meeting on Hoth?The Jedi Master knew better then to actually present the data to the Council now.It was something that must be done in quiet and without actual proof the Sith or any other unwanted spies would beable to use the information.He knew the Council will address him later about the data and for now it would farther Master Rin's investigation.Korso gave Rin a glace to agree with the feeling he had been able to see things that others don't but he wasn't extremely force sensitive.

Animus was listening to everyone. He then placed his attention Rins words. Her words caught a nerve with him and he clinched his fist on the arm of his chair. He looked at Constance and then decided to just speak. He stood up and looked at Sarah and the other Masters. He then walked over to Nick and then studied him.

"I have listened for long enough. I was there at the meeting. I was there when the Sith attacked. I am the one that is going to tell you what happened and why Nick Skywalker is going to get punished. I was the one that written the treaty. Master Skywalker did break it, but he wasn't the one to strike first. It was another. My maidens have the data on who attacked us first."

He pointed over to Si'Ti. She stood up and walked over to a data unit and put in the holo data. A map of the known galaxy formed in the center of the room. She walked over to it and pointed to a section of dark space.

"This is the area where a large serge of force was emptied. This was during the said war. One of my scouts was tailing this Sith Lord Darth Cobulla when Mestre Animus was in a battle with a Darth Anubus. Then when the energy was released he was put in the coma."

Animus then cut in. "At this time Cobulla defeated Kyle. I have fought Cobulla. He is planning something bigger then Nick. So I think we have to hurry and get this useless trial over with."

Constance didn't say anything but knew that they way that Si'Ti and Animus talked to the Jedi wasn't going to help matters.

The holocron that was given to Nick flares as he holds it and sends his thoughts searching for Jacen. Swirling with Force energy, which is neither dark nor filled with shadows, it crackles with lightning and activates.

"This is Jacen Solo, son of the Galactic Alliance hero and Jedi turned Sith. If this is being played, then it is because I have entrusted it with someone, and I am incapacitated, most likely betrayed."

The recorded image of Rezak, formerly Jacen, turns towards the largest mass of people before continuing, "Because of this, and as insurance against betrayal by a Sith named Cubolla or Ceres, I have coordinates placed in this holocron. Before I give them, however, I would have it known that while I follow the Sith path, I have not attacked either of the other orders, nor the Republic. This message and the contents of the holocron should be proof enough of that."

Turning towards Nick, the last holder of the holocron, the uncanny image says, "My cousin has broken his ties to us, to the order I supposedly served while alive. Because of this, I entrust the coordinates to our temples on Mustafar and Hoth to him, in the hopes that these will prove useful in my vengeance, and the justice that is necessary to bring my most likely betrayer to justice."

Sean sat back and listened to the Masters converse he had a surge of emotions running through him he looked to nick as a son he trained him he could be partly to blame for him becoming a sith he didnt train him good enough he was to young but he turned and nodded"Sorry to interrupt Masters but please take into account that Nick Skywalker did turn himself in and helped saved my wife Master Shrukein Kenobi and our infant son so I believe his dark days are behind him"he sat back down and nodded again"sorry to interrupt proceed my fellow masters"

Animus looked over at Vincent and a glared at him from under his mask. Animus wasn't his calmself this day. He was edger for some reason. He walked away from Nicks side and picked up a datapad from his seat.

"Master Vincent, I believe. I am not 'overjealous'. I was stating a fact. I was the one that wrote the treaty. I also was there for the meeting and the inital strike. I agree that Nick should be punished and I didn't say I was going to punish him. What I said was that Nick isn't the reason this first strike happened." Animus made sure to say those words. "Nick feels responsible. Search your feelings. You can sense it."

Animus sat back down in his chair and looked over at Constance and she finally nodded and stood up.

Her snow white hair was up in a exotic fashion. Various braids and buns was her fashion. Her white flowing dress and robe draped to the floor of the chamber. She walked up and placed a shoulder on Nick and looked at him. After Korso spoke she broke silence.

"I am not sure we understand what is really going on. We all had a part in this so called war. To be honest with you, don't you think that Master Nick, here is a better then that. I remember him being in the Vong war as a general. Along with Animus, Kyle, Sarah and even you Sean. Didn't it seem alittle to easy to draw the Sith back? I think that we are leaving ourselves open for attack at this moment. Instead of having this trial about how we are going to punish someone that was only attacking out of protecting his fellow force user. We need to focus on this Cobulla person that Kyle feel to and Animus faced him. Also from what Animus has told me. Cobulla has also gone into a coma as well, but awakened the same time he did. Now I leave this up to you Jedi Masters and Animus. I am going to take my seat."

Constance walked over to her seat and awaited to hear what everone had to say.

Nick looked to the council and then to Sean as he thought back of his great memories of Sean training him since he was just a boy. He didn't blame Sean for anything about turning him to the sith side. He blamed himself and Darth Vortex who posioned his mind and then brought him to the darkside. He then turned to Animus and heard him speak and then sit down, he had great points and they all were true but he knew the council would have there own opinion being that they were unbalanced and didn't see the real truths as Animus, Constance and the rest of the Ordinis and Greys out there did. When Constance came over to him and rested her shoulder on him and started to state her opionion she also had great points. The Sith were extremely powerful and they could of really crippled the Jedi, yet only a few legions were sent out to Corusant, The Ordinis Empire, and the Republic. In all truth all of the major legions stayed at there other sith locations waiting for a call for back up but it was never made. "They are all right..my Sith ways are behind me...i'm balanced now..i'm a grey..but besides that when I ordered the sith to attack it was only a warning attack..kind of anyways because there was much more Sith Legions waiting to be deployed to fight against you..but I didn't send them out." He said honestly.

Nick then continued and said. "Cubolla killed Kyle and then went after Animus which went far beyond his orders...in truth he disobeyed my orders from the start just for power...the power of betrayal between the sith is very great and when you punish one sith or fomer sith you need to punish them all." He said calmly stating his facts and opionions. "The first act of violence was with Darth Reaper but I took full responsabilty for it and when the Ordinis and Jedi pushed forward to Arrest her I attack in feeling violated in my power over the Sith." He said as he waited for the other Masters to talk. When he heard Vyse and Rin talk he listened and then answered to Rin. "I'm not really sure what energy you are talking about really." He said telling the truth. "Maybe it was Darth Noctis...oh yeah thats his name the apprentice that wants to revive Darth Berial."

Nick looked at her and said. "Oh I killed the past sith lords for betraying me...they trained Noctis to be a master in the darkside yet they made him be an apprentice just to cross me." He said more angered now. "I killed the past sith lords and absorbed there force energy...once you know a great deal about the force its actually easy to kill or should I say remove spirits from this world." He said cooly.

Nick nodded and said. "Animus that is just it....if you suck the force energy out of a spirit being in this being they can't appear on this plane ever again unless given force energy..like summoned." He said knowing this because he mastered the art while on Ziost. "What are you talking about Animus?" He said looking at him knowing his force energy was heighted alot after he trained on Ziost.
