Book_Lover2392 Movies coming out this year...uh..yay. I dont like how Goldmoon looks like a native american either scream I hate the fact that Eragon was such a sucky movie and i am afriad that since the Dragonlance movie is animated it will be just as bad. The Dragonlance movie is animated?? I know what you mean about Eragon. I don't get how such a awesome book could turn out to be such a crappy movie.

As far as I know they've only been saying "Autumn 2007"

I don't like the fact that's it's gonna be animated. THat would give them a better oppertunity to get the characters RIGHT, not wrong. OH well, have to wait till it comes out.

You just know that this isn't going to turn out well. The problem is, we all know the book off by heart, and they're gonna cut out all the bits that seem important, or maybe I'm just pessimistic? I had one look at the art they've done so far, and I'm glad you Americans are gonna see it before me, so at least I'll be fore-worned.

dragonlance girl the dragonlance movie is coming out august of 07' i dont cre that its animated but it better not be sucky Again I am going to ask "show me" because I STILL have yet to find an official date... not to mention that someone about five posts above you said september. Until I find/see believable proof I won't believe it and continue to wait for "Autumn 2007"... which is kind of funny considering the name of the movie.

On Youtube, I was searching for Dragonlance, and I came across this random thing that has Raistlin's voice and it was cool! It was a little too whispery though. I know he whispers, but not like that...Anyway, it was still pretty cool! mrgreen

Dragonlance + movie = not likely to succeed
Sorry, but Dragonlance is too..."all over" to have a good movie...it does have a chance, but 'tis unlikely...
