Hmm.... in a way I agree with you all in some part.
I mainly agree with Leopard_Sonya and some of what WyndiWingfall said.
But if you ask me it looks like we should be prepaired for a LOT of oppinions that are very closly related if not exactly the same and a few that maybe diffrent from others, but even if two oppinions are compleatly diffrent I'm sure we will all agree with them in some way.

Well I'm stupid and can't remember/read, but if this an opinion based thread on Youko Kurama? I believe he's very seductive and vicious. You can also say he's very high maintenance and intelligent according to the episodes. It seems he has some sense of humor as well. This comes from watching the episodes he appears in as himself and not with Shuuichi's personality (Exe: The Dark Tournament), watching them both in english AND Japanese. ^_^

Okay Ive said this before Yoko Kurama is the kind of guy that would have rough sex with but the redheaded one is the kind gentlemen who you would want to raise your kids with!

I know there is only one soul... but I find it more fun to think of the two as seperate people with seperate thoughts.
Kurama
To me Shuichi=Kurama. I think that using the name Kurama is just more comfortable, and gives him a connection to the great Youko Kurama. So, no one messes with his family, or anything he considers dear, or they risk the fate of being skewered and eaten alive by plants.
Youko Kurama
Youko is powerful, and beautiful. With that (sometimes) comes arrogance and the belief that he is perfect. Can't really blame him. And as the King of Theives he gets attention from... I guess you gotta call them moochers...
That's what I think of the personalities.

I think he's a cool-headed and intelligent killer/thief who helps himself but is very powerful. Sadly, not qite enough of him is seen to say anymore.
As how Shuichi, he's intelligent and calm. He can be cold but usually fairly warm and also cool-headed. Fast thinker. Etc. neutral

People usually put Yoko Kurama as a pervert in the fics, I think he is a powerful and clever thief demon, he is a fox, so the intelligence is one of his many talents.

I think Yoko Kurama is not evil... everyone needs a way to get what they want... and it's not like the demon world is a nice cheerful place. You have to get what you want and need to survive... and you have to use force. But Youko has his intelligence to guide him, which makes him a very good leader.

Okay here's what I say:
Kurama/Shuichi: Intelligent, kind, gentleman-like.
Youko: Rough, cold, kind of nice, the one who makes out with you without warning and other NC-17 things. (End of discussion. ^^)
(Trust me. That last comment on Youko most of us are thinking about right now. ^^)
