[[I think we shold probably wait for Fey. biggrin ]]
Feona gazed upon the centaur with pity, but not the sort that would offend. The fact that he was mustering what little strength he had to speak to her, to question her, was amazing to the princess. As her gaze fell upon the droplets of blood streaming down the side of his mouth, she hushed him. "Now is not the time for such questions." She gently used her fingertips to close his eyes forceably. "Rest as best as you can, and I will attempt to heal you..." She said, her voice soft, almost a whisper now.
Standing up, all Feona could think was that she wished her sister was with her. Looking around, she then spotted a lone figure on horseback through the thick foliage. "Aryssa?" She whispered to herself, holding the stave at the ready behind her- combat prepared.
[[So, Fey, you changed your character name to Aryssa, yes?]]

((She thinks she's Aryssa. In one of the threads Brocoli and I had discussed the possibility that the spell cast on the girls affected their memories. She doesn't recall being Violet, but believes the false past as a human that was magically implanted.))
Aryssa was forced concentrated on settling her mount. The usually obedient mare was unsettled by the scent of wild creatures, magic, and blood. It became a battle of wills and skill as the horse struggled to take herself, with or without her rider, back to the safety of the stables. Crow-hopping, sidestepping near trees, scraping under low hanging branches, it was a struggle for Aryssa to stay on. When at last, streaked with sweat and blowing, the mare gave in Aryssa was able to look about. She regretted having had to turn her attention from such a unnatural and uncanny threat, but would have liked less being dumped here on foot in this wood full of dark magic.
The woman, who had seemed to summon a demon to her bidding earlier spoke Aryssa's name. Never had they met. She was neither noble, nor one of the many shady figures of the cities seedy underside. Had she used a spell to know what to call her? Aryssa thought about fleeing, but doubted that she could spur her steed through the undergrowth fast enough to out run enchantment. She would hold her ground and defend herself as she might. With her best schooled cool stare she demanded "How is you claim my acquaintance, for I am sure we are strangers."

The centaur lusted to hear the tale from the girl who had saved him, but unfortunately, she cared more for his health than anything else at the moment; he was going to have to wait. But still, it was strange and quite perplexing how a human could get so far alone in the woods. He himself could hardly make it by without getting in a brutal fight, so how could she? But of course, there was that strange something he had sensed in her aura; a source that could never originate from just any human. There was definately something special about this girl and he intended on finding out sooner or later. Sighing, Hindar slowly laid his head back onto the ground. The pain was still there, but it had no doubt subsided.
As he lay there on the ground, the girl who had rescued him spoke out into the darkness. Curious, Hindar's eyes swiveled in the direction to where the girl spoke and spotted another female on horseback, not too far from where he lay. And then he sensed it. Not only was she human, but she had the same strange energy that radiated forth from his rescuer's aura... What was going on?

Shaking her head slightly, as if trying to rid her locks of water or memory, Feona replied. "I..." No... she was sure this was her sister... and her sister's name was definately not Aryssa. "Nevermind for now. I need to get back home, and so do you." She realized that she must not have been making any sense to her sister. However, she was sure of it...
Creating another circle, she used the same blood to activate it as a steed with fiery hooves, mane, and tail emerged- it's eyes glowing like flames. It let loose a shrill whinny, before allowing Feona to approach it and stroke it slightly.
"We don't have a lot of time before nightfall... please just trust me and come. Please just come." She asked, her eyes pleading with the other woman. She then glanced to the injured creature from earlier and offered him passage as well. "I realize you are in not much state to travel, but if you wish to come, I am prepared to create something for you to lay upon. This beast is extremely strong- and has more than enough power to pull you with the haste we require.
She then hoisted herself into the demonic-looking saddle of spiked metal, before her gaze traveled back to "Aryssa".

The Centaur looked at Feona questionably; she was indeed different from the other humans he had come across and heard about. Not only that but she had saved his life and because of that, his life was now hers. With as much strength as he could muster, the centaur nodded. "I am deeply indebted to you, lady. And for that, I owe you my services to you. I would like to help in anyway possible..." Sighing, Hindar closed his eyes. Even though his kindred had shut him out, he missed them greatly. But there was no way that he could ever go back.
((Wow, total mind block!!!! sweatdrop ))
