Well I come less for the beauty which I see as a major plus for this wonderful guild that seems to carry so nicely, I do come for what I have read in the public forums, and see humor, personality, and possible friendships along the line, plus being a heterosexual male may have some pull when I read the name, but I can't account for what hormones do to me when that certain time comes along every once in a while....

Well being a bisexual male, I can honestly say that while my preference leans more toward Yaoi, another part of me goes also to Yuri. I guess when it all comes down to it, I just think that same sex relationships are beautiful things. Not to mention some of the art can be beautiful as Yaoi and Yuri are both known for.

I'd definately have to agree with you, and I can relate to you I'm bi too actually >.> but I prefer Yuri a little bit more then yaoi

heh. well i sure have a lot to live up to with some of these answers. i guess i'm still going through the perverted phase of enjoying yuri. however i have started to watch my first series, Strawberry Panic!, and i genuinely liked it. Nagasi/Tamao heart anyway, also i agree some of the art is breathtaking... well i guess that about sums it up ninja

Why I like shoujo-ai? Hmmm...
Basically it's because I love girls and because I'm sick of shounen-ai/yaoi. It's gotten too popular and shoujo-ai was chased away into the corner. Now it's shoujo-ai's turn to rule the world!!! twisted

I love yuri and shoujo ai because it is just so beautiful. I mean, guys are all hairy and such so that's just gross. But women have sexy form and it's so much better when both people in a sexual relationship are women. I can't stay away from it. It's soo wonderful.

Sgt. Alpha-Delta What brings you to Shoujo-Ai/Yuri? besides that i find it hot? Well I lean more towards the shoujo-ai element. I like that alot cause I think that they can have very sweet and touching romances. It is lovely and beautiful to me
