I normaly get my protien from soy or that fake meat. Plus you can make many different meals out of one fake meat product. I also take the Centrum one a day vitamin but they can be a little big.

Beans & Rice is a good way to get protein, both have incomplete amino acids or protein that make up for one another when eaten together.. ..but then again.. I'd rather have a burger myself. ninja

If you're not vegan, eat an egg. It's an excellent source of protein and it's also a complete protein. If you are vegan, I suggest almonds, walnuts, beans, soy, etc. I myself am I vegetarian, so I eat eggs, cheese, and milk. If you don't eat fish MAKE SURE TO GET IRON!!! You can get iron from vitamin pills. I hope I helped! mrgreen mrgreen

i heard tht whole wheat bread, oatmeal, beans, peanuts, peas, nuts, mushrooms, and broccoli have plenty of protien. i got thos from a article in the Vegetarian Starter Kit. Get one free at www.goveg.com ita a reallt sweet magizne with articles about animals, health, and yummy recipies. =P
