Seergirl Zarabinu Seergirl Zuko still has a lot of issues just to do anything just yet. I mean it's hopeless for him to go back to the firenation. He's dad clearly doesn't want anyone to overthrow him and wants Azula to have the thrown that's why he kicked Zuko and Iroh out of the Firenation. So Zuko is still thinking and I still think he thinks that his father still wants him back cause he's not doing anything. He won't pick sides, so I think we might see more flashbacks.. I want Zuko to find his mom. Though we don't know much about her, so yeah..They aren't showing a new epiy until september... stare true true, I don't belive he'll be picking sides for a while. And even if he were to join Aang's group, I highly doubt Zuko will be the one teaching Aang. Not only that, but I have a feeling that if Zuko did join up with them, he'd just use them to get back to the fire nation, and foolishly attempt to try and get his honor back. But it's just a theory. As for relation ships, I see nothing. At the current time, it still seems that Zuko isn't interested in anything but getting his honor back, and getting his father to accept him. And as for his mother, the episiode "Zuko Alone," in my opinion gave a strong hint that his mother was killed so Zuko could live. I don't think she could've died, I mean like there had to be something good to happen to Zuko. He's like always suffering kinda like my dad did when he was little and stilll is. Zuko teaching Aang like you said so can't happen. Too many hard feelings. Katara and Zuko doesn't seem like it'd happen I mean he does go around calling them peasants...now why would you like someone who calls you a peasant?Though Katara seems to fall for any guy that saves her life. And remember Zuko thinks girls are crazy, thanks to Azula and her gang. Really, I think it's too soon to be jumping into conclusions. First season was just an introduction and it barely showed anything. Now the second season is slowing digging into the story. Very slowly... If you remember, she seemed panicked, and in a hurry to tell Zuko not to let greed and hatred get to his head. When he woke again, his mother was nowhere to be found, and his father wouldn't tell him where she was. And if you think about it, it is good for him in a way (if his father's punishment was losing his first born son, AKA Zuko, like Azula said). If his Zuko's mother took his fate for him, at least it wasn't Zuko that was killed. Thank you for pointing that out! Not only that, but Katara seems to hate his guts big time. Yes, I remember that part, but now that you mention it, he did seem to soften up abit when that one girl (from when Zuko and his uncle stole the ostrige horse?) showed him her scar from being burned.....*shrug* Who knows though?? Like you said it's too early to jump to conclusions, but what I've posted is just my opinion. And opinions can change.

I honestly think that Zuko and Iroh might join up with Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph against Azula. But slowly. I mean, they're all going to Ba Sing Sei--I have the feeling they'll meet up, forge an uneasy truce, and become friends after a while. A long while...

Zuko wouldn't teach Aang but then again Zuko is stubborn so he wouldn't make a very good teacher but what about Iroh? The avatar will need to learn firebending and Jeong Jeong dissapeared so if they'll meet up maybe Iroh will teach Aang. After all he really doesn't have anything against the Avatar.

I get this feeling that Zuko and Iroh will reach Bai Sang Sei first and once there they will find a certin sky bison up for sale. Which they will buy (or steal)
Imagin the look on Anng and co. faces when they see Zuko and Iroh riding Appa.

noriana But didn't he said he still wants the avatar?And still he's claiming to be the rightful heir of the throne... hopefully he will someday realize that his father doesn't want him back anyway >_>;;; Anyway~ it would be nice if he would the join gang since he and aang have shown that they can perfectly work together(remember the fight in episode 13?)...but I guess that this would rather happen at the end of season two... it would be a great finale don't you think? well i go with you ending though about the end cause, in " The Desert" Zuko and Iroh are planning on going to the earth kingdom capitol and Anng and the group are going there somehow to get Appa back

But then why did she wear a cloak and run off? and Maybe the father didn't know himself where she was. Oh well There's just too many gaps to be saying what happened.

You guys have seen way more than I have, I've only seen the first 4 dvd's
4laugh I hope Zuko joins Aang... he isn't at all fully evil

personally i think Zukko won't join the gang unless he is forced to by another tramatic event, like his uncle dieing or something. Personally though i think his uncle is actually his father-to me it helps explain the uncle always looking like he has something he needs to tell Zukko and also when he says "not everything is as it seems in our faimly" when Azula showed up to take them home (as prizoners). Also it would explain why his father never liked him. From what i have seen Zukko is quite skilled at fire bending- i can't wait till he kicks Azulas butt some day.
I don't see him and Katara EVER getting together, i see her with aang more than him.
A more likely thing to happen would be Zukko (with or without his uncle) go to the Earth kingdom...i forget the name (the one where the king tries to invoke the avatar state) as refuges and then somehow they are found out to be fire benders and are given the ultamadium of teaching the avatar fire bending or (either 1-dieing, or 2-being handed over to the fire nation) that might make more sense.....but who can really say.
