Time
Sands flowing in an hourglass forever turning.
Only time can tell when the sand will stop.
With each grain a second passes.
It seems i've been here for days though only an hour has past.
You said you'd be there for me.
You promised that you'd be near.
But the sand still falls as I wait for you.
Timing the sand with my watch.
It seems like your never coming back.
I'll keep waiting for you.
Though the hands of my watch have stopped.
((Not the best thing, thats just what was on my mind at the moment so I wrote it.))

I don't usually write slightly depressing poetry, but I wrote something yesterday that I thought came out decent, so I'll post it when I have it formated the way I like it.

Hell
I saw a new world,
As I was held in his burning embrace,
Intoxicating and wonderful it was,
And it clung to my mind like a loved one,
It attracted my soul with it's talons of death,
Tantalizing my every sense, destroying my self control,
The paths in it's halls,
Keep tempting me with extraordinary brilliance,
It's residents were friendly yet chilling,
They filled my mind with hollow promises,

I just found out I'm bipolar.
I know that I have been this way for a long time.
I didn't know that there was a word for it though.
So fast so happy.
Then I just fall.
I fall into the darkness.
It seems cool, but it's as hot as hell.
Down here where I feel all alone,
even though I'm not.
There are people like me!
I am not a freak!
I'm not by myself...
I'm standing in the middle of a never-ending crowd.
I'm blind to it all.
I don't know that there's people around me.
I think it's hard being me...
and being you is even harder.
