um...ur a bit confused...white it the combination of all colours...BLACK is the absense of colour.
in practice yes...but in the basic colour theory (which is what should have been taught to u...it's as i said.
Indeed, that's why in workings of magick you can substitute white for any other color because it's seen as a mixture of all colors and therefore contains whatever color would be appropriate for what your substituting it for. If that makes sense.
darken any colour & u eventually erase it so to speak.
which is why black is great for banishing & binding spells. ur using the black & darkness to erase & banish the negative energy. the black is swallowing it up like a hole does.
(explanation of the "hole" thing) u look into a whole & the farther down it does the darker. u can't see anything. it hides all objects in that darkness. making it seemingly empty.
just as all colour is seemingly gone when it becomes black.
