crying Yeah, that's why everybody hates PETA. If you have no tolerance for stupidity of people, people will begin to hate you, no matter how true your intentions are.
That's why I don't preach unless they're being real jerks.
I defnitely don't preach. If someone's being a jerk, I usually just try to shrug it off. But if it's someone I want to continue being associated with, I try to meet them at common grounds by talking with them about human nature. Like, I'd eat meat if I was in the wild and had no choice (not likely though, having no choice, that is
wink ) or how I'd still like the TASTE of meat, just mot the methods of production or the affects it has on my body.
Wow, didn't mean to ramble on. But yeah, I don't like preaching, personally.
Though I can understand how angering it is when people just refuse to believe that being a vegetarian has any benefits.... or when they start taunting you and try to patronize you
