a_roar_in_the_dark Ok, let's try an abstract one. One that isn't a blatant parody/knockoff. Hmm...
The one that comes straight to my mind is The Winx Club. Can't tell you why.
Anyway, it's clearly a power girl anime. It's a American Animator Creation so it dosn't have a manga and it's kinda lame with the corioagphy. But it definelty has some Moony roots with how the girls "transform" when they want to fight evil.
Bloom's tranformation is alot like the Sailor Starlights' transformation, how the normal clothes burn off and the uniform burns on.
Have ye seen the 3rd season of Winx Club? It is sooo much like Sailor Moon...
