 ❀ 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆 ❀❦ Secrets ❦ ❝ ❥ I don't get human emotions.They're complicated, and too unpredictable ❞ ●●● ☆═━-Nora walked into her room, still messy as usual. She quickly looked around the room forgetting when she last put her bag. Which was at the side of her bed, she picked it up, checked herself out in the mirror and made her way back downstairs. Not really in a hurry cause they still had plenty of time to get to school and plus she didn't want to get back downstairs to witness her two friends being "lovely dovey". Nora walked down the stairs, back over to the two of them talking."K, I'm ready to go."She proclaimed ┈━═☆ ❝ ❥ What's the point of them? ❞(Out.Of.Courage smile

  Joel's cheeks burned hot, causing a red pigment that overwhelm his whole complexion looking as if he was a bright red cherry when Leighton placed her soft lips upon the corner of his own. During that moment, he would wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her petite figure closer to him just to feel her warmth. A warmth that protected from the nature and provided him security. The docile boy nod his head like a dog to the confirmation of being a gentlemen. If she was happy, he is happy as well. He was glad she liked the sandwich that he bought for her.
"No problem. It's really nothing, ha. I hope you like it. It's a chicken sandwich. " He deride shyly with a nervous grin, while he scratched the side of his head as he stared into her beaming eyes that seemed to look through him. "But, hey...Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul, right?" He took a step closer to her, gently lifting up her chin with his fingers as he dropped his gaze to her soft lips then back to her eyes. He leaned in closer and laid a peck to the rim of her mouth. Funny thing is that she tasted like chicken. At that moment, time appeared to be frozen. If only this could last forever...
However, eventually, quick steps heard inside the house came running down the stairs. Joel dispatch himself from his girlfriend, straightening himself out with a mature disposition when Nora approached the duo announcing out loud that she was prepared. With that being stated, Joel shifted his attention over to Leighton with a thumbs up. "I guess we are all ready then. Let's go before we are late for school."

 Looking up from her sandwich as Joel took a step closer, Leighton blushed, already able to predict what he might be planning. "But, hey...Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul, right?" he had said. Oh, he was so good with words. She allowed him to lift her chin so that her face was parallel from his own, by then melting under his gaze.
"Definitely," Leighton replied, her voice airy and light before Joel's mouth came in contact with her's. A warm feeling spread from her head to her toes. Even with just a single kiss, Joel could make her feel as if she were flying. The girl couldn't help but smile against his lips. She had just been in the middle of eating a sandwich, and he chose that exact moment to kiss her. I must taste like chicken, she thought, laughing internally.
Suddenly, Joel pulled away, leaving Leighton leaning into air. Taking a step forward to catch herself, she only then noticed the sound of footsteps coming down the stairs. Taking a stance similar to that of Joel's, she continued to chow down on her sandwich, smiling at Nora once she came into view. "Alrighty then, guys! Let's go~" she sang, maneuvering her sandwich to point towards the door. Using a couple steps as her 'running start,' she launched herself onto Joel's back, gripping his shoulder with her free and waving the sandwich with the other. "Carry me out, horsey!"

She had a slight smile thinking that the two of them were being cute and funny. "Must be nice..."With that thought, her smile soon faded away and Nora continued to face forward and walked. Leighton and Joel were both perfect individuals, and an even more perfect couple. It was also obviously seen at school. If this was a fairytale, Leighton would be the princess and Joel ,prince charming. Now, she didn't believe in love or fairytales but sometimes looking at the two of them...She really wanted to...
"Hey Babe."Nora was looking down at her phone, when she took a step through the school front gates when someone wrapped an arm around her shoulders. Along a familiar male voice, that belonged to Nora's Ex-Boyfriend. "Then again, some people aren't meant for fairytales." She first sighed before looking at the male. Raised an eye-brow then scoffed at the word "Babe"."Very funny, but you should stop before that 'little girlfriend' of your's gets mad."Nora said in an emotionless and surprisingly calm manner."Oh, we broke up. Besides you know you're my number one."The boy said with a toothy grin, continuing to walk with his arm wrapped around her."Sure..."Nora forcibly removed the boy's arm from around her and continued into the school. While the boy just stayed standing outside, kinda surprised Nora hadn't made more of a "scene" like she usually would due to her short-temper."Jeez, what's up with her..."┈━═☆ ❝ ❥ What's the point of them? ❞(Out.Of.Courage smile

I apologize for the long wait and hold up. I've just been very busy during this Spring Break. I will definitely get a post done by tomorrow, since its the last day of Coachella.
